Thank you and I am glad to be of help ... as for a video on a shirt instead of a tee ... do you mean like a button up shirt?? if so, then yes, I have one and will make a video f it... but really, the folding of a tee, shirt, dress or tapestry comes down to folding the fabric in an interesting way to create a pattern when dyed ... but, stay tuned, I will get to a Button Up Shirt soon ✌🏻

Hello Mr. Tiedye! I have a question regarding my dye journey. I use Dharma dyes just so you know, but I question is how do I keep my strings from transferring colors to my other colors. What am I doing wrong?😢 I'm trying to be as great as you are because tie-dye is my thing. I've sold several items on my shop in Etsy. Any advise would be great. Have a good day!! Love you videos.
Hello Moncel 👋 ... Yes the dye does travel along the strings or bands that you tie the tees with ... I do not know of a way to stop this, I try to avoid applying dye directly to them when I can, BUT, when they do get dye on them, I push them down against the tee so the tee can soak up the excess dye before it spreads along the line or band ✌🏻💚

Is there a way to do anarchy sign using this technique?
Probably not this folding method .... looking at the symbol, it is not symmetrical and the lines extend beyond the circle, so in the folding the lines would not line up so to speak ..... BUT, as I think about how I would do it, this is what came to me... it is a two part process
I would start with a tee the color I want the symbol ... so if you want it to be black, I would start with a black tee .... fold the tee in half and tie the circle part of the symbol and then discharge the whole tee ... you can put some other ties in if you want more details around the circle ... then you can rinse and wash the tee ... it will have a black circle on it (or red or whatever color you wanted) ... here is a tee I did a Ribbon Design and then dyed it with a Spider Pattern ... someone asked about combining the two designs and this is how I did it : ruclips.net/video/lIjGZthSRgQ/видео.html
next I would do a 'Raised Pleat' to tie up the 'A' and then dye it black and the rest of the tee in the colors of your choice ... here is my 'Letters' Playlist to see how I do the raised pleats : ruclips.net/p/PLMEtBqB2BzupSkhAoL-bNx-5t-36H3F4c
with the raised pleats, you can draw a truer shaped 'A' for the Anarchy symbol and then fold it.... it will take some time, I suggest getting some clips of some sort to hold the raised pleats while you fold

it is just a name I gave the design when I first saw it... the peace sign looks like it has two 'arms' for hugging ✌🏻
@@MrTieDye Lol, like did you mean it by the huggage peace sign spiral on the design to take a pretty closing look our first when I didn't saw it..... but I have not ever ever, ever, ever, ever making it that t-shirt for all over by myself.
