    Ingredients:
    Chicken:
    Chicken thighs
Garlic powder, onion powder, Sazon packets, & seasoned salt
    Vegetable oil to coat pan
Water, lemon, vinegar to clean thighs
    Sauce:
    1 cup soy sauce
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1 teaspoon of minced garlic
    1 teaspoon of ginger
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 cup water
    1 half of a lemon
    Red pepper flakes
    Instructions
Clean, remove fat, & pierce each chicken thigh with the tip of a sharp knife all over to ensure a faster cook time. This also helps the sauce absorb through the chicken instead of just coating it.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for about 7-8 minutes each side, (depending on the thickness of each chicken thigh), until golden browned
Drain any excess fat released from the chicken out of the pan (blot with paper towel if it's easier).
Combine together the ingredients for the sauce in a separate pot.
Pour in the sauce and coat each thigh in the sauce. Top with sesame seeds or green onions. Serve immediately over rice.
