I like the pedal, can you choose mid frequency to cut or boost? I suppose being already processed, you could just find a setting, guitar model, with the sweetening eq to suit your guitars piezo
Zoom have really upped their game with this.Great to have the presets to scroll through for live. For example delay -chorus for one song, click next preset delay-comp or whatever you want.I have the Aura 16 its good but I still need extra pedals for chorus this will cut down the size of my pedal board.I also have a Lr Baggs Di,is that overkill?or should I use LR Baggs for my Di and just use in - out for guitar on Zoom.Any suggestions?
Thank you very much. I think I'll take my Fishman Aura Spectrum back and get this model which seems to have more options for sound scape tuning and better value. cheers!
Hey Dave Smith, I think this pedal is dedicated to acoustic guitars specifically. I don't really know how good it would sound with a Strat. That being said, Zoom does make about a dozen multi-effects pedals for electric guitars.
My question was because the Zoom A2.1u can be plugged it to the computer and record without interface, and I though the version A3 could do the same. Do you have some sample of your sound using Zoom A3 and Native Instruments Komplete here in RUclips? Thank you
Hi thanks for this review, can anyone with a Zoom A3 help me with this trouble shoot please, I don t know why but the control knob with the up flesh stops working on my zoom A3, I did not use the pedal for a while and when I started to use it back and I realize the control knob with up flesh is out of function, please give me some tips on how to solve this prob thanks.
Unfortunately, you are unable to pedal through effects you may want to change to in a live situation. This will not qualify for my needs. An assignable midi pedal(s) would be a solution.
+Bobcatt22 You can always have many patches with pedals on/off save them and cycle through them (to your desired order) using the center footwitch. Check page 21 in Zoom A3's manual
I've had it for years but restarted using it now for a special gig. I like it. thanks for the video
Clear and expert run through. Beautiful music too.
Sounds awesome! Then again I have the original zoom A2 and it can make a quack piezo sound close to a microphone also.

This pedal has so many choices. Its frustrating. I wish someone would just post their settings so we could have somewhere to start.
is the anti feedback stop the feedback automatically when the switch on or we must tweak the knob first?
really nice review! I may pick this unit up...thanks!
does it suck tone/signal from the guitar?
what piezo is that?
Can this be use for Strat?
can be possible to record using this pedal pluged it to computer?
get a A/D interface....I use the Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6....

Great! Sounds like....uhm... a reverb pedal. Could not really hear the modelling going on there.
Can you not see the glare on the screen??
Tremendo gracias
Helpful. Cheers
