If you don't paint that air duct in the office (at least up to the color change) to look like a tube from Mario Bros, you're missing a huge opportunity. :)
Wacky Races brings back memories! I would play it at my uncle's house with my cousins when I was younger. Not sure how it holds up but was definitely fun at the time.
Yeah make the duct green like Mario and vinyl the window on the back side before covering the window it would be like a recessed picture. Make it whatever you want. Your store is so nice .
The vibe in that store has to be palpable with all the retro goodies at every inch. It's so insane to see how it's gotten even better after you originally purchased the property. The love and passion is seen.
Man I wish we could have found a place that shipped those signs for cheaper, but apparently the custom size throws everything off 😅 Its great to see they made it in one piece though! 😊
@C_Blurr oh we don't sell signs, he bought these from a vendor at GameOn and we just helped him ship them lol. We don't even remember what vendor it was 😅
That life size stand up hogan is so awesome.. I remember that energy drink when he signed a deal with that on a episode on Hogan knows best back in like 2006 I believe..it wasn’t in the 90s.. I have that season on dvd on the show hogan knows best
Waxky Racers is based off of a cartoon show by the same name. It’s basically just Hanna-Barbara cartoon characters racing for 22 minutes. I remember it being pretty funny back in the day.
Finally visited the store while I was in town this past weekend. Pretty cool. Definitely requires a stand in place and very slow turn to see everything you have on display tucked here and there.
You could almost take that Gameboy cut out the screen and put a small screen behind it that plays different clips from gameboy games and put it on top of a display cabinet full of them to turn it into a kiosk I wish I was closer because I have a bunch of PlayStation 3 controllers, I would trade you.
Man I wish we had retro game stores like this in Houston. There's 1 chain that's like, okay at best; and all the others have such little inventory I don't see how they even pay their electric bill and stay in business. Your store on the other hand, looks like heaven! lol
Man, this whole video had Mario and Luigi songs plying in the background. I think I heard 3, maybe only 2. But Dream team Antasma battle song and paper Jam battle song for sure.
If I could make a suggestion for putting labels on the cardboard boxes, stick your label on a piece of painters tape and then stick it to the game boxes. Keeps them clean.
I'm almost positive that Rick has mentioned that labels are stuck onto a cut-up post-it note before they go onto boxes. So same idea but even less likely to damage the box.
You really need to paint or wrap all your ducting green like the pipes in Mario and also paint all your white shelving the colour of mario bricks (bluish like in your main display) and just paint black lines down them so they look like the bricks and not just standard shelves you see everywhere
Rick, don't lose your Joy my friend... you definitely had some anxiousness and frustration in your eyes in this video... May the Joy of the Lord be upon you, Psalm37 always helps me find my joy...prayed for you today, be blessed my friend, I truly enjoy your content...
I wish they would do something like double jump video games, I truly think he would have lot of success on this channel from doing so, and he wouldn't even have to be on every episode and let the store mainly run it.
It would be cool (if you had the room) to get a tv the same size of the screen of the Gameboy display you bought. And then cut out the screen part of the display and put it over the TV having the tv play a Gameboy game so it looks like a real giant Gameboy.
You should cycle your really rare things into the backdrop of the studio you're making. Maybe every two videos or so, switch out whatever is back there. Could have some of your big display boxes in the middle.
The GameCube one is magnificent in its glory. I just wish nintendo back in the 90s made a controller similar to the Playstation controller more comfortable.
You think $200 is bad... Living in Australia, it cost me $800+ to ship a box a quarter of that size from US to Sydney. I'm not exaggerating. It's out of control.
I think having some of ur friends/family (& you from time to time because I know ur busy) sitting on a couch streaming some retro video games to a Retro Rick Twitch channel would be sick They could earn money from the donations so u could split that between however many people was in the stream that day/night (who actually participated in the stream) while you earn the money from subs Then maybe for a anniversary of the YT channel you could do a 24hr run of videos from the YT channel streamed on the Twitch channel with maybe some giveaways in the chat & once you've got enough streams done & it's a anniversary for the Twitch channel you could do the same thing just with the Twitch content for 24hrs
I hope you know that tune squad jersey on the wall is fake. The biggest giveaway is the champion logo and the tune squad logo was never a patch. It was always printed on for the authentic vintage ones.
If you don't paint that air duct in the office (at least up to the color change) to look like a tube from Mario Bros, you're missing a huge opportunity. :)
Bit of an timely costly effort but the pay off would be dope
Or sonic going through tube
I was just about to say the same thing
Was about to suggest the Mario tube too!
I had the same suggestion... gotta be done!
Going on an RV cross country trip in 2-3 weeks and your store is the only place on the trip I asked to go to. Can't wait to see
Selfie gimbal is making some crazy noises 😵💫
Wacky Races brings back memories! I would play it at my uncle's house with my cousins when I was younger. Not sure how it holds up but was definitely fun at the time.

The sign, the neon's the statues etc makes the store marvelous! Keep on adding. Excellent work all around!
That Hulkster standee is epic! Super cool across the board!
Awesum things for the store. Love the shout-out to the Arkansas Picker ♥️✌️😎
Where did you got those paper cut out controllers? Those would look cool in my game room
Is there a site where we can buy some of those signs?
The vibe in that store has to be palpable with all the retro goodies at every inch. It's so insane to see how it's gotten even better after you originally purchased the property. The love and passion is seen.
Also good luck on your trip to connecticut. Went there once, it felt like the twilight zone.
Man I wish we could have found a place that shipped those signs for cheaper, but apparently the custom size throws everything off 😅
Its great to see they made it in one piece though! 😊
Love the signs, do you have a storefront where I could browse your offerings?
@C_Blurr oh we don't sell signs, he bought these from a vendor at GameOn and we just helped him ship them lol. We don't even remember what vendor it was 😅
007 by far one of my favorite childhood games on the N64. Love the shop Rick! Wished I lived closer would of love to see the shop in person
0:55 Damn that was a clean dap up...
I love how you prioritize making the store look fun and cool. It’s like your own giant gameroom. I hope to be able to visit ine day.
Love seeing that Hogan standup in your store!
Get it Rick, an organized space leaves room for activities
Wacky Races was also on the Dreamcast.
Retro world expo in CT was like 2 months ago. Yes I know he films these in advance
What’s the name of the company who made the huge controller prints?
Do you still have the marshall Bravestarr toys .. if so how can i consider purchasing at least some of them
That life size stand up hogan is so awesome.. I remember that energy drink when he signed a deal with that on a episode on Hogan knows best back in like 2006 I believe..it wasn’t in the 90s.. I have that season on dvd on the show hogan knows best

That dap was clean

Where is located?
Rick might have the best looking retro game store in the country. Not even one year and he has the place looking amazing!
You could almost take that Gameboy cut out the screen and put a small screen behind it that plays different clips from gameboy games and put it on top of a display cabinet full of them to turn it into a kiosk
I wish I was closer because I have a bunch of PlayStation 3 controllers, I would trade you.

Hey just a thought you could paint the black pipe something to look like the mario pipe in the game. That would look pretty cool.
That Black pipe in the new room. You can paint it like a tube from Mario with Mario elefant crawling in.
since this is about the store you should rename the channel to Retro Rick's Game point or something like that
What's the name of the store?
What’s your whatnot channel? Can’t find you. Thank you
Paint the Ductwork Tubing Mario Pipe Green in the office room!
Is there an online website?! I need those GameCube games! 😍😅
Jagwire?
Create a paper mache tree using the Black pole thing as the tree trunk. Then have branches coming out and onto the walls. Its really awesome
But what is that Punisher tee … ?
𝐇𝐌𝐔
Haven't seen Rave Master? I thought you had the complete GameCube collection bro?
You should backlight those controllers with leds ! Raised off the wall a bit. Oh, and add cords, just for authenticity of course 😂
Those giant controller displays are way super sick. Wouldn't mind one of those in my game store. I mean, my home. Nice pickup from @jrpglife
Oh he bought them lol, we just helped ship them from AZ 😅
Nice think the hogan stand from around 2006 love the videos
A) Rick is a menace to society with scissors B) The carboard cutouts are fire 🔥🔥🔥
Whatcha gonna do brothaaaa??!
Please, in the office, paint the black air duct green like Mario piping.
Wacky races was a gem of a show and the game for dreamcast is decent. Definitely worth a try if you haven't played it yet!
You really need to paint or wrap all your ducting green like the pipes in Mario and also paint all your white shelving the colour of mario bricks (bluish like in your main display) and just paint black lines down them so they look like the bricks and not just standard shelves you see everywhere
After the grey it looked like an interrogation room
Rick, don't lose your Joy my friend... you definitely had some anxiousness and frustration in your eyes in this video... May the Joy of the Lord be upon you, Psalm37 always helps me find my joy...prayed for you today, be blessed my friend, I truly enjoy your content...
Woooooah you picked up cooler stuff than I did at my own con! Also I'll trade you 18 GoldenEyes for that pipboy XD
how do you not know what wacky racers is
Wacky Races (1968 - 1970) for the Dreamcast is based on the Hana-Barbera (Flintstones, Jetsons) cartoon mini-series of the same name.
I wish they would do something like double jump video games, I truly think he would have lot of success on this channel from doing so, and he wouldn't even have to be on every episode and let the store mainly run it.
eh, we watch the channel for Rick.
It would be cool (if you had the room) to get a tv the same size of the screen of the Gameboy display you bought. And then cut out the screen part of the display and put it over the TV having the tv play a Gameboy game so it looks like a real giant Gameboy.
you should come to Mexico for our local retro game expo … Retro Game Fest Mexico City
Imagine getting fired in that office that has no roof and the whole store can hear lol😅
Wacky Racers was an underrated cartoon I'm surprised for all the retro stuff you are into and get you never heard of
watched this video to see a failing game store and all i got was retro rick recording his mumble rap album
New space lookin nice!
𝐇𝐌𝐔
I live in plainview Texas. I have 2 PS3s and around 14 games. Would you be interested in them. They do work. 1 old version and 1 new version. thanks
I have a swag cd broken with 4 games don’t rly want much at all
Yes... Paint the air vents as a Mario Tube!
You should cycle your really rare things into the backdrop of the studio you're making. Maybe every two videos or so, switch out whatever is back there. Could have some of your big display boxes in the middle.
How has he not seen Rave Master before if he has a complete Gamecube collection at home?
5:32 I'm surprised you don't know Wacky Races unless you're a gen-z
11:03 the seller wants it to be appreciated. and it will be inside the store.
What's with the sound? That cam stick creeking louder than my grandma's arthritic fingers
bro you prob need to shout out who made those controllers, those deff cost more than $15 ea to make
Ugh I wish your store is here in California. I will be there everyday 😢
Those controler and gameboy displays so damn cool.
The color is great for that room…
all of those displays are so badass, especially that dreamcast one but I'm super bias
You should make that room a trade in room!
Is that the Hulk Brother 😂😂
𝐇𝐌𝐔
Failed energy drink in the 2000s. You can see them pitching the idea in Hogans reality show
You should paint that air vac pipe green in the office
someone needs to shout out this controller vendor
2XL was legit my best friend.
Great video as usual!
Make the upstairs an arcade!!!!!
Whoa... I need that giant Gameboy!
The GameCube one is magnificent in its glory. I just wish nintendo back in the 90s made a controller similar to the Playstation controller more comfortable.
How does Retro Rick not know Wacky Racers?! lol
Ricks pockets are deep
LOL looks like an interogation room with a one way window LOL
Where are the signs from?!? I want to buy some.
Also - bro, make a website. You’d sell your entire inventory in a week. Lol
Hello, please take care of those boxed consoles! those consoles are an investement, that jaguar can cost the triple in 5 years or 10! secure those gems!
I am confused don't you have a complete gamecube collection. You just said you have never seen rave master.
U should paint the black air duct green like in super Mario
Hulk Hogan!
Paint the pipe Mario Green! C'mon LessaGo!
You think $200 is bad... Living in Australia, it cost me $800+ to ship a box a quarter of that size from US to Sydney. I'm not exaggerating. It's out of control.

Hogan Energy was out in the late 2000s actually
You just need to become less attached to things and sell them, if the market is hot right now then sell
Your camera spinner thingy is creaking
I hope you know that tune squad jersey on the wall is fake. The biggest giveaway is the champion logo and the tune squad logo was never a patch. It was always printed on for the authentic vintage ones.

You seriously don’t know Wacky Races? Not even the show? Wtf?!!!
