Tim was correct when he mentioned there was never a Palestine. He meant a country or a state called Palestine. They called the region and all the inhabitants of that region "Palestinians," no matter religion or race (although throughout the 1930s Arab people living in the region considered themselves to be part of Greater Syria and flatly rejected the term "Palestine" as a Zionist invention). The watershed moment for Palestinian Arab nationalism did not occur until 1967. In the words of author Walid Shoebat of Bethlehem: "On June 4th 1967 I was in Jordanian and overnight I became a Palestinian." Strange that the Twins had to try to debunk him (post production) with that image of a map of "Palestine" (which is what it was called regionally. The Palestine Post eventually became the Jerusalem Post etc.)
Yes but the native population has been there for a very long time. 1 out of 5 palestinians have Jewish ancestry. John Hopkins claims it might be 4 out of 5. Palestinians are linked to the Canaanites which is before Israel formation. These people are the real deal who've lived in that region. It doesn't matter what you call them it's their land. Not these European Jews that have been in Europe for thousands of years

Lost some respect for the twins on this one. Yall are great but that control shit Tim is peddling is wack. Just because he was special forces doesn't make his opinion "special". He changes based on who he is talking to. Real men hold strong to their principles no matter who they talking to.
Kennedy is really showing his love for the feds in this one. "Well regulated" didn't mean "controlled," it meant "well trained and equipped," so his take about regulation = control is bullshit. Also, if a felon is too dangerous to be out on the street, he/she should still be locked up, so conservatives don't mean they want all felons to have guns. Once you've done your time, you should get your rights back. All gun control is based on racism (trying to keep freed slaves from getting guns), and is Unconstitutional. The wording of the amendment is pretty clear (some states make it even clearer in their state Constitution), but statists like Kennedy just can't comprehend it. He claims to be for freedom, but boasts about how the government should be able to control who can have what "arm," and history has shown that governments that do that end up doing horrible things to their own citizens. Also, if there were truly "good" gun laws, as Kennedy has said on other podcasts, why does our government make exceptions for themselves?
Bro, that Lance Armstrong podcast even got my boy who researches everything. I had to show him what Tim really said and like 5 other videos before he accepted he was got lol

If you did your time and paid your debt to society why shouldn’t you be able to own a gun? especially if your charges had nothing to do with guns, but even if it did involve a gun. The second amendment doesn’t say “unless” this or that. I’m just saying people make mistakes and get caught up in bs end up a felon. But if you do your time and repay your debt to society I believe there should be a path to restore your right to protect yourself and your family. Especially non violent offenders. Not saying as soon as your sentence has been fulfilled maybe there would be requirements/Tests? a certain amount of time contributing to your community and paying taxes becoming a model type citizen. Just saying a 20 year old man that serves 5 yrs in prison 3yrs on papers for drug charges 20 yrs ago should have some path to restore that right. If he’s been a model citizen for the past 20yrs it seems that individual should have earned is right to protect his family. And I of-course there are some people that just shouldn’t have the option it should be case by case basis. Most of you are felons as well you just never got charged or convicted. Just my opinion
"On every occasion [of Constitutional interpretation] let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying [to force] what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, [instead let us] conform to the probable one in which it was passed."- Thomas Jefferson,12 June 1823 "The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms."- Samuel Adams, 1788
You either support the 2A or you dont, there are no buts! Tim can kick rocks with his gun control......disappointed in the twins for agreeing with him. If a felon still a danger to society, why would he be let out of jail/prison....

Thank God the 9th circuit court of appeal judges are more patriotic and American than you two, and ruled non violent felons after serving their time and dues, are allowed to carry for self defense. Tim Kenedy needs to start a podcast with Ben Shapiro!! So there's nothing Israel can do wrong. Twins called it bombing civilians and children, Tim Kenedy calls it stragetic. I can't, this guy is a joke! Bias much?
ANYONE ELSE UNSUBSCRIBE? "Shall not be infringed"!! You could pass a bad $25 check and be a convicted felon. WTF does that have to do with owning a firearm. I thought you payed your to society when you are released?? F the Twins.
The part that is well regulated is the militia. The well regulated militia is necessary to the security of a free state. Shall not be infringed is the part that refers to the people. THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. You can regulate the group but you don’t get to regulate the arms of the people. There were privateers that had the best weapons of the time. From what the 2A says we can own any kind of arms. It doesn’t say right to bear guns, pistols, machine guns, it says arms. If they don’t want citizens to own certain arms including bombs they need to change the constitution or it’s infringing it as it is.
And you know why it hasn't changed because they can't change that part there is always going to be people who are on the side of the people and they won't allow it to happen which I am grateful for I don't want the second amendment to change
I’m with ya. Tim has been paid off by Law Enforcement agencies for a few years now. There’s recordings of him at LEO seminars advocating that LEOs stomp on citizens’ Rights.
No, you cannot "regulate" a group either. "Well regulated" meant well trained, well equipped, etc... It had nothing to do with what we use the term regulate/regulations for nowadays.
@@scottbivins4758 that’s what I’m saying. If they wanted it to exclude this or that they would have to amend it and it would never happen so until then the FFA is unconstitutional.
You want the real message? Look up Tim Kennedy’s involvement with the “street cop training”, spoiler alert the NJ comptroller is going after the organization for teaching cops how to violate citizens rights.
He's factually correct. I'm tired of hearing about how mean the response is. Don't start a war if you didn't want to die. How is this too complicated for you?
So someone who got convicted of a felony then paid for it should not own a Firearm? When did they stop being a Citizen? When did they lose their right to defend themselves and their families. You guys are way off, Libertarian my ass. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
It's not gun control to put felons in jail, and keep guns out of jail. Your release means you have been rehabilitated, deemed safe to be among the general public, and your rights should be restored.
Kennedy has no idea about history, let me tell u more. There were MILLIONS of Europeans taken as slaves from muslim jihad & invasions into Europe. the lands so beautifully build they took many of the roman Empires just land.. The crusades were launched to free slaves, & not much of it was gotten back when u think of Turkey, Morocco, Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Israel(because Israel was part of the ROMAN empire) & it was so they were not destroyed by the Persians or barbarians & eventually they were..
Tim, i love you brother. There is a few issues we definitely disagree on, but that doesn't matter. The main points we're on point with. So, glad to know you're still in our military.
Do you REALLY think they meant "well regulated" as in, regulated by the government, right after they just fought a tyrannical government? Use your brains, you two are smarter than that. They wouldn't put "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" if they meant it's up to government to regulate the 2A. Any form of government regulation is by definition, an infringement.
You guys and mr.gun control really need to do some research on the historical contextual definition of "regulated" in the bill of rights. It means "suited, prepared, or equipped". Has NOTHING to do with laws or regulations from the govt!!! The DoI and Bill of rights describe govt as your potential enemy....so why would you let your enemy choose what weapons you could have. The bill of rights is a list demands to the govt from the people, not a list permissions from the govt. How do you live in this country and not know that?
Well regulated means well trained. Thats why they called British professional troops "regulars". The militia should be just as well armed and trained as the standing army.
Right because the colonists wanted the British govenrment to decide who should and shouldn’t have guns . All you have to do is look back at what they did when the British tried to confiscate their guns at Lexington then concord to see that “well regulated” didn’t mean “government regulated”
I remember when Kennedy was on Alex Jones show. He was about to fight Kelvin Gastellum. Gastellum didn't make weight (some guys just have trouble making weight). Kennedy took that as Gastellum wasn't serious about training. Come fight time Gastellum put it to him. Kennedy actually gassed out in that fight. Since then I take anything this guy says with a grain of salt.......
Missing weight is indeed a sign that a fighter isn't training properly. You may not like Tim Kennedy but he wasn't the first nor the last to point out that missing weight is an obvious sign that a fighter/boxer isn't training correctly
@@RonniePTexandifference is Timmy said he wasn’t training hard enough, not that his training wasn’t proper. It’s HARD to keep weight on when you’re training “hard enough” and Timmy knows that his opponent wouldn’t be able to fight in his weight class. That’s why he was talking smack until he got smacked. There’s a long line of really great fighters who couldn’t make weight to fight worthy opponents and get stuck as training partners for the heavier ones simply because they couldn’t make weight. You don’t understand this all unless it happens to you or you’re on a team as a training partner in support. And unless you’re chemically conditioned, your chances of gaining enough weight to go up in weight class isn’t going to happen when your genetics can get you just so far.
@@meeshmeeshelle6326 Gastelum's weight problems were never about keeping his weight up or gaining weight. He has a hard time LOSING weight. He has come in heavy multiple times. I like the guy, but he has a problem with his weight. Losing weight is a matter of calories in vs calories out. If a fighter, or any human on the planet, is heavy, then they are taking in more calories than they are burning. Tim Kennedy saying that Gastelum's weight being high is a sign that he's not training enough is 100% true. The bottom line: Find another reason to dislike Tim Kennedy because what he said about weight and training is 100% true.
First time I've thumbs down a Hodgetwins video. You guys are all entitled to your opinion but if someones a threat to society they shouldn't be free. There are non-violent felons, people who lied on a tax form to save money because they were broke struggling. I'm ok with people on probation being temporarily prohibited but if a man chooses to turn a new leaf and walk a righteous path their rights should be restored. In my state you get convicted of drinking and driving once and you lose your 2A rights for life. Alcoholism runs in my family. My dad was convicted of DUI was never able to get his "permission slip" from the crown to buy a gun, he had stopped drinking got his shit together. He had to he was truck driver and had to take care of our family and pay the mortgage. He got his drivers license back but was never able to buy a gun. Me I was arrested for the same thing but I beat the charge at the cost of $3k for a lawyer another $1500 to get my drivers license back and I learned my lesson and haven't touched alcohol when I'm driving in over 15 years. In fact I only drink on rare occasions now. It's not right you losing your natural rights because of one mistake that you learned from.

Just cause you have a felony doesn't mean your a murder or a rapist or child molester. That felon law needs to have some parameters
And the parameters should be "they don't exist"
Anyone can get a gun illegally in America, better to let them have their guns legally and know who has what guns.
If you can't trust a felon, who has "paid his debt to society" with his time in prison, with a weapon, they shouldn't be released to walk the streets, because if they want a gun, they will get a gun, laws or not. A released "felon" has every right to self defense that you do.
Rights are not privileges.
Shall not be infringed upon. PERIOD!

@@by7810 injury report for @user-rv7zz2to8w... Torn ego - Broken confidence and now converted into a woke liberal pro Palestinian protester.
In the words of author Walid Shoebat of Bethlehem: "On June 4th 1967 I was in Jordanian and overnight I became a Palestinian."
Strange that the Twins had to try to debunk him (post production) with that image of a map of "Palestine" (which is what it was called regionally.
Not these European Jews that have been in Europe for thousands of years
I always will respect Tim for what he has done and sacrificed, but he honestly has sounded like a politician more than ever the last few years.
I've lost any respect I could have ever held for him. He may have been a "cool action dude" at one point but now he's just a turn coat.

He violated his oath!!! How in the world can you respect a man that has no honor?? Not every person in a uniform deserves our respect or to be honored! Tim fought for himself and his own glory! Someone check Tim Kennedy’s early life lmao
These guys are the perfect example of having a discussion with someone you disagree with and being light hearted about it
Bro, that Lance Armstrong podcast even got my boy who researches everything. I had to show him what Tim really said and like 5 other videos before he accepted he was got lol
Well-regulated in the 18th century tended to be something like well-organized, well-armed, well-disciplined
Wouldn’t matter if 2A said ‘well-regulated ittie bittie tiddie committee’. The Constitution is a document that places limitations on the government, not the citizenry. Watch Michael Badnarik’s constitution class.

How so?
A community owned cannons and ships but an individual on average doesn’t want anything beyond shoulder fired and pestolos. Regulated means the people bring their own, BYOG to the regulated militia
"Regulated" in a military setting is just the proper term for training and drilling.

It is so sad when people who say they love the 2nd Amendment argue against it constantly. With friends like these who needs enemies.
Just fyi the last time I looked at the email from my 2020 vote, it still says pending not counted. I last checked back in 2022
Well regulated means well trained. Thats why they called British professional troops "regulars". The militia should be just as well armed and trained as the standing army.
Very informative show😁👍
Y’all need name plates on the desk so I know which one of you I’m constructively criticizing
Lol
Right because the colonists wanted the British govenrment to decide who should and shouldn’t have guns . All you have to do is look back at what they did when the British tried to confiscate their guns at Lexington then concord to see that “well regulated” didn’t mean “government regulated”
What part of shall not be infringed don't you twins understand?
deer and other hoofed animals tire out quickly compared to predators like wolves and even humans. They're sprinters.
@@RonniePTexanWeigh-ins within the UFC is a huge scam. Maybe go look it up yourself. Even Dana hates it.
