pls I need advice. As a total newbie, how do I balance martial arts and bodybuilding training? cus I wanna get huge.
Secondly, how do I learn and practice martial myself because there very few fight gyms here in nigeria and none in my neighborhood............ I have never practice martial arts.
RUclips my guy, just start drilling. Nothing they tell you will make you huge or better. If there isn’t a martial arts gym then get a bunch of guys together and just start messing around wrestling, you’ll learn a lot since you haven’t learned anything yet

Timestamp 1:10:08- we had leadership actively going after soldiers who they don’t like and deem need to be kicked out of the military. Micromanaging & forcing the strictest standards on to catch them in the act of not following said standards (to which others in the same squad & unit aren’t held to) and that way they can run up AR-15’s to then force a chapter on that soldier. Seen it multiple times and had it happen to me but I had the balls to bring it up to higher leadership. It makes you feel helpless, that you can’t stop it, & no one is there to help you but you. I felt extremely mentally low at that time till I told my 1st Sgt about it. And that’s just one issue people go through, minus PTSD from deployments.
I made mustakes in my 20s, drank too much amd made poor decisions. I got sober, but fat, filling the hole with food. The kicker was when i had to buy jeans. Size 40 is MUCH more expensive than 38, so beggar myself buying new clothing, or do something. I did something. I got on the beachbody wagon. I got some shakology and did a few programs. I got a little stronger, but only lost like 5lb in 2 months, and shakology sucks. I was eating low fat, lots of sweet potatoes. I missed bacon, but then i read an article where a guy ate nothing but fatty food, bacon, steaks, the cheese off pizza, anf fatty fish. I was intreaged, so i reaserched. Ken Berry, Ketogenisis, fucking changed my life i lost 75lb, i got co fudence to go to school, got me and AS degree, and am persuing a BS in psycology.
Went to a Starbucks in Austin the other day. No tables, no chairs, and no use of the bathrooms allowed. Just order your coffee and leave. My colleagues and I drank our coffees in the parking lot. The reason? To keep the homeless people out. Sixth street was once a blast. Don’t let anybody kid you, Austin is NOT the city it once was.
I’m planning on moving to Austin (or at least a commuter town near Austin) . From what I hear the pro’s out way the cons.

@@loljk9443I’m currently living in Vancouver the amount of homeless people here is insane! They mostly keep to one street called east Hastings (google it) but you can still find them scattered throughout downtown. Is it just 6th street that’s a problem in Austin?

I think they took the episode down because Tim blew the whistle on boot camp making soldiers wear dresses and heels, they edited that out and reuploaded the episode

I live in a jujitsu desert. Only 2ndojos in 20 miles. One is super close, but its no gi, amd they want 300 a month! Fuck that. The other one is only 1/2 hour drive, but its an everything place, and they cater mostly to kids. I'm too old and weak to do jujitsu anyway.

I've always hit heavy bags and all that without wraps. I've been yelled at by so many people saying I'm going to get hurt. I've never hurt my wrist on a bag or my hand on a face/head. Proper punching technique definitely helps, but maybe some of it comes down to genetics and body make up?
This is so fucking depressing. I love hearing about this. But I can do nothing. I'm too old for military, I can't give money or time to a cause, and shouting from the rooftops just alienates me from everyone. No one wants to talk to me anyway because I'm so hung up on how our goverment made us all fat and diabetic.
