    Sir what is the condition of taking the starting angle between 70-75 , what angle we need to take when we are making square thread ?

    Thank you for the method. But it's important to notice that the internal thread is unusable designed like that. The thread must be open to allow screwing from the outside. I assume it's just a method of designing "custom" thread.

      Internal thread doesn't need this technique. This is applicable for external threads.

    In your first example of external thread, you modeled the thread on the outside of the cylinder surface. When you redid it with the step removed, you modeled in cutting into cylinder surface. Why?

      First of all it is not cutting into cylinder surface. The thread section is drawn at the point from where the thread profile starts. I hope it is clear.

      Yes it will work for 3D printing. This is just an idea to get the correct result. Other things you need to take care of.
