Please sir after shutting down my laptop.. I found out the USB mouse attached to it is still working and other USB attached to the laptop are working as well.. How do i turn it off completely in order for it not to drain my battery

Also if you create new luster for chilled on new laptop do you activate Microsoft 365 family on child account or main member?

Hello, Did you check that your laptop did not went into sleep-mode? Because when your laptop is turn-off, the usb mouse will stop working.
@@Kelvglobal yes the other USB port at the right is not working is only the one at the left where the mouse 🖱 is being plug that is working
@@aomdigital Can you try thing following > Open command prompt as an administrator and enter the following powercfg -h off
