Erik is amazing. I've been following him for a couple years now and got a chance to see/hear him live while he was touring with Skid Row last year. Some of the covers he has done that have impressed me the most are Chandelier by Sia and Headless Cross by Black Sabbath. They are on his YT channel. Of course he also does the Skid Row stuff very well. 😀
I totally agree Eric is amazing ck out his other covers plus he is spinning a wheel to decide type (rock country rap…) then another wheel to decide what about Omg it’s great
Erik won Swedish Idol in 2009 performing Skid Row, Iron Maiden, Kiss and Queen songs. Then he became lead singer of Swedish metal band HEAT. He left the band when he was diagnosed with leukaemia. In early 2022 Skid Row recruited him as a lead singer because they were in awe by his cover of 18 and Life. At the time he was just 6 months after chemotherapy. They recorded an awesome album , The Gang’s all Here with him and did an extensive touring. Erik got exhausted and the doctors suggested to him ti leave Skid Row last Spring.He is doing covers right now. He has a wife and a young kid so he might take a break.
