I like gut on the mains in the hybrid set up for power, feel and comfort but I sacrifice durability. Some say why bother because one has to stick the racquet more often. If you have a string machine and don't mind the cost it works out ok.

When stringing hybrid, what is more durable: Natural on the mains with polyester on the crosses or the other way round? Thanks for your help! :)
Mark Pratt depends what you want. Gut in the mains will give you more power and less durability. I prefer my gut in the crosses.

Well it breaks every 2 weeks for me which costs a lot of money so I have to change it 😢
AGL try more durable strings and maybe higher pressure if you want that’ll last longer
