oh wow, this is the first board I've seen that has the same layout for the right four keys as me. the "arranging keys by how up or down they make you go" is kinda neat hehe
Nice review - this fits the bill for a 75% I'm looking for albeit not metal. You think the Monsgeek M1 wireless version will be coming out anytime soon?
Monsgeek, like any other company aims to hit their deadlines, but sometimes things have to be adjusted during the launch phase that could mean the difference between shipping a finished product or one that is DOA. They estimate June for the M1 and if all goes well, it'll be out before the end of the month, or shortly thereafter.
Hello. can't wait to see your disassembly and modding of this keyboard. Recently got into a keyboard hobby. seen a lot of people recommend it, so i bought one. Is this PE foam bag good(or safe) for modding? Also i want to try tape mod. and... is it all gonna fit along with stock silicone sound dampener; is there a need for it? Also i`ll replace Crystals with heavier Jelly Black (top and bottom PC as well). by the way, i`m more on `marbly` side of spectrum xD Looking forward for your video!
PE foam remains safe as long as one can see through it if laid over one's hand. Any thicker than that could bend pins on switches and lead to PCB damages.
Great review, I was thinking of getting a new Keyboard and this is one of the candidates for me because lighter switches and 2.4 Wireless. I was wondering, have you tested the wireless of this v2, because when looking at reviews of the v1, I saw that the wireless was not the best and some keys were not registering etc, so potentially getting this KB sort of depends on that. Anyway again, great review :)
The M1W is aluminum, quite solid and the wireless works better than on most alu kits. The Akko is also a very nice keyboard but is PC, both are good choices, it's more dependent on if you want a metallic or plastic one.
@@empty_peace personally I think they are fine, they are shine through so they are a bit "clackier", but they are much better than the stock shine through caps on most in-stock keyboards. Plus it's much easier to replace keycaps then to replace the keyboard case. Here is my review of it: ruclips.net/video/nJdq0gSI1zM/видео.html
How's the Bluetooth on this one? I had the gen 1, and my BT module was bad, it would not connect to any devices. I ended up gifting it to someone who didn't need wireless. Other than that it seemed like a nice board.
I've only tested it minimally, but saw no issue. I am planning a wireless board video outside testing the distance each works over BT and 2.4, and I will be including this one.

best reviewer i've seen so far!
can you help me decide?
keychron v1, akko pc 5075b, rkm75, or this one?
Wow thanks! If I had to pick one, I'd choose the PC75B Plus V2, lots of great improvements, solidly built keyboard.
@@MechKeyboards Thank you so much! Looking forward to your other videos
@@AdrenalineExiles awesome, I've just recently hit 700 videos uploaded, so plenty to watch, cheers!
So nice review. Btw recently, i bought new akko cream blue switches and i hope this gonna work very good.
Thank you! The little I've played with the new V3 Pros I'm impressed. The Cream Blue and Yellow are both nice switches and improve on the CS series.
nice video.. you seem like a polite person too.. god bless u.. already subbed ur channel

Only briefly on my desk and did not experience any issues. Will be testing more thoroughly in my next video.
@@MechKeyboards Awesome, I'll be sure to watch
this one vs monsgeek m1w which one should i buy? and why?
monsgeek m1w keycaps r bad(thin)?

@@MechKeyboards i heard the keycaps in monsgeek m1w is not that good mean holo sound and it's little thin
is that true and is it a deal breaker?
