Anne, that turned out really neat. I made one a couple of years ago, it was red,white and blue, I hung it on a small build, but a lot of people slow down to look at it while driving by. Keep the videos coming, love them.
LOVE it!!! It always makes me smile when I see a barn quilt. We don't have a barn but, I have plans to make smaller ones for the hubby's shop/ building and one to hang indoors. (Just trying to decide what block I want.)
I love it. Always thought it wouldn't be terribly difficult to make a barn quilt. I don't have a barn but we have a 2nd garage. Might be cute there. I think even I could follow your directions!
You can do it! It really isn't hard at all - I think that I'll do some more on video in different patterns and maybe walk you guys through it a bit more.

@@AnneClay In the fall there is a bike ride and art show that is well attended. We also have a little village that has murals painted on the buildings. We have an extra bedroom if you would like to come to my part of green country.

Barn quilts, how unique! What if you made the squares smaller and actually put some together like a blanket quilt with different patterns, or maybe that wouldn't be a legit barn quilt. Love your home tours!

There are many great ideas! People do all kinds of things. I plan on doing more involved patterns on small ones soon. The sky is the limit!
