Incredible river property...and the river is accessible. So many river properties are on bluffs or otherwise difficult to access. Thanks for this video.
I know land pricing has been going up but this price seams way over inflated, plus after reading the building restrictions this would be a hard pass at this price for me and most likely many others
Plus the fact it's 4.91 acres. Lol Like the land owner next door couldn't give up .01 acres. Give me a break. No one in their right mind would buy this. I take that back. Maybe a lib from California that doesn't know what the exemption is.
Lol... born and raised in that valley, we sold 2500 acres there with 300 acres of that on the Big Lost River and all under irrigation and full water rights, multiple large shops cellars, grain storage, many irrigation deep wells and 5 houses all for $2,500,000 and it was before that beautiful river dried up.

I also just checked out the "covenants" and Miss St. Clair sounds like she'll be one fine Karen to live next door to. I mean look at how country that area is and it looks to me like you can’t have a goat, some chickens, nothing. Why pay 1/2 million when someone else has all the control?
If you are from Idaho, you know that this part of the Big Lost will most likely dry up every season, the cutthroat and whites mentioned haven't been caught there for years, and weather conditions are HARSH. We have property a mile up river from here. Beautiful listing, but make sure to do your research, this is WAY over priced.
This is priced 5x higher than it should. The average person in Idaho makes like 50k or less a year. You would have to save up like your whole life to purchase this nothing burger of a property. I'm sure some rich CA person will overpay. Just takes 1. Nothing against Landio I like your videos.

Many folks are buying homes so they can leave big cities because of high cost and high crime. In any event, the money is flowing...and that drives up land and home prices.

It is no wonder that the long time residence of a number western state can no longer afford to live there anymore...........too many 1% are driving them from their lng time homes with prices ($100.000.00 / acre +) like these.
I hear all the comments about being over-inflated prices, come to Ontario Canada especially in Southern and Southwestern Ontario and see what it cost you LOL I own a postage stamp sized lot with a house and Stratford Ontario, it's nice but nothing special it's $900,000 all day long, want to buy 100 Acre Farm? Be prepared to spend $4 million dollars,
