Hope you enjoy this one, heavily requested! *THINGS I HAVE ALREADY BEEN MADE AWARE OF IN THE MOD:* -I know the TARDIS sucking me out the doors on the moon/in space was normal mechanics :) -I know having a manual in your hand shows you TARDIS controls -I did actually work out how to change the exterior/interior while playing, but obviously I lost the TARDIS at the end of the video so couldn't.
If you lose your TARDIS you can use commands to TP inside, or cheat in an item and attune it to your tardis to find it again. Unless your your TARDIS is in another direction. If you add the Temporal Additions addons or any other addons it helps improve your overall experience while playing.
For where you fall out of the tardis, it basically moves along a line to the destination, and when you fall out of the tardis mid-flight youll land where the tardis is currently located
to be completely honest, I just forgot about how bad it would look in the video - it wasn't actually that dark for me, it just comes out darker on the video
You should have the manual in hand while flying because it shows what all the buttons do. And for the interior, console and exterior, you can change them using the monitor (Exterior can only be changed if you have a chameleon circuit, and the interior needs 100 AU to be changed). You can get those if you right click a computer in space stations, Dalek ships(in the center only) and in crashed structures. In order to get those you’ll need to left click the computer with a sonic screwdriver and after that place that sonic inside of the sonic slot inside of the console. You can also get some using… uh… that white block thing in the mod… this uses your sonic too. If you don’t wanna lose your TARDIS, set your spawnpoint inside of it or get a statenheim remote (creative only) which is attuned to the TARDIS so you can get it to your location. Failing flight events has different consequences like damaging the subsystems. If you fly in this unsafe mode however the tardis is gonna like you more (if you get the flight events right, failing them lowers the loyalty). You can get an antenna and that will allow you, while you’re in space and in reach of a space station, to get a help signal for a mini quest (press the communicator and then you’ll need to talk to the captain there). Completing this will give you the upgrade to find structures with the telepathic circuit and not just biomes ( you’ll need to be in the same dimension as the biome/structure). If you shift right click the telepathic circuit you can see the timeships mood if you click on a bed inside the interior. The monitor itself has many cool features like changing the consoles color pattern. Getting an ARS tablet will allow you to get more rooms. Select one you want by left clicking and then left click on the room create block thing using the tablet (The higher the loyalty, the more rooms). This is just scratching the surface. There is so much to learn in this mod and I hope you’ll continue playing it. It’s actually really fun flying the TARDIS if you know how to!
thanks for the explanation, this mod has some incredible features! the point of this video was to go in completely blind, hence why I didn't know pretty much all of these things lol. I will almost certainly play this mod again, and it will be featured in a future video, although I'm not currently planning on making any content beyond that.
@DT10 ik this is a year old but stabilizers just disables manual flight which the tardis doesnt like as you are forcing it to do all the work since the mod was made with it being sentient in mind and therefore make it not like you. btw you could have used a horse to kick in the door which would make the ship hate you and attempt off you by landing near dangerous areas and mobs as well as landing as far away from where you want to go as it can. So it can be vindictive.
You forgot to mention that some of the maps lead to nothing, and that Daleks replace Ravengers. My house was almost burned down because I started a raid and weapon specialist Dalek spawned near my home, lul.
First time while I played with NTM, I stuck on Flight components activation (I didn’t saw those switches) but then, everything else went very smooth like flight with stabilisers, even without tutorial
The reason you're getting sucked out is because of the gravity, it does that when you're in space or moon dimension, i think you can prevent that, also you can make your own custom console rooms and ARS rooms, the tutorial for that is in the Wiki.
There's also a mod named 'TARDIM' that is very good. It adds the TARDIM (very different to the TARDIS) that can travel to any coordinate and dimension you put it.
if you're talking about the swd team remake of this mod, I've actually done a video on it already - I did it when it first released! you can find it on my channel if you're interested.
I have been waiting for this for ages! It was a great video it's a shame it's not being updated anymore as far as I know. Edit: watching you play reminds me of when I first started playing and had no clue what I was doing.
@@DT10 Yeah I'm the art director on the mod. I modeled and textured most of the consoles, blocks and non-police box exteriors for it. As well as most of the core non-cannon console rooms. The music came from me playing around with some free tools and we really liked the result so we added it to the mod.
there's just a button on the console that you press to activate refueling. to see what each console button does, hold a TARDIS manual in your hand and hover over the console :)
for my TARDIS building? in terms of my tutorials I just try to copy the interiors as accurately as possible, but for custom TARDISes I tend to just start with a block palette, then a rough shape, and then move to details - I don't use much inspiration from other sources :)

just so u know it sucks u out on the moon in the vortex and in space unless u have shields on then its only the vortex

Hi man
Why not put the stabilizer in its engine and turn it on and travel without pressing any button and yes TARDIS does have feeling
For where you fall out of the tardis, it basically moves along a line to the destination, and when you fall out of the tardis mid-flight youll land where the tardis is currently located
makes sense!
once u figure it all out its a VERY good mod the tardis literally has feelings
Ngl a full survival series of this would be beautiful
Use the /effect command to get permanent, bubbleless night vision for Minecraft reviews. Everyone will love you.

fulbright mod also works
Literally me at 0:05 XD. Glad you played it haha!
:)
It's fun with other mods related to dimensions, my favorite is Prehistoric Fauna(A dinosaur mod)
I love combining the two. :D
@@MrSukram777 kidnapping dinosaurs is fun, but not when your TARDIS materialized near a t-rex
@@raileyryle true. But i also use the portable mobs mod, so i can simply collect all mobs that attack me. XD
@@MrSukram777 idk that mod until now, thanks, now i don't have to struggle getting a brachiosaurus in and out the TARDIS

shhh

@DT10 I think you can get a sonic sewc driver which you can use to call the tardis and make new rooms?
@@holdhold345that’s the dalek mod, in NTM the sonic just acts as a multi tool

Being pulled out the door on the moon is normal, since you're opening the door into a vacuum.

I imagine you were being sucked out of your TARDIS because the forcefield was down.

you can prevent it using a shield generator subsystem and the forcefield activation, withen the monitor menu.

I would love a mini series on this
not currently planning a series, as it's quite a commitment. we'll see :)
I think holding the gide book allows you to see the controls on the console by hovering over the console
ahhh interesting
If you go to an acacia village the observatory building looks even cooler
I'll have to take a look!
It will be incredible if you do another vidéo about the NTM with the viewers for more explanations
maybe!
A dark Tardis means it doesn't like you very much.

I never did quite get the hang of timeship emotion... glad to know I was successful one way or another lol
in all seriousness though, this mod is absolutely amazing - I had tons of fun making this video, and glad to know you guys enjoyed it! :)
yeah the long journey happend to me in survival i passed about 7 villages or more i cant even remember if i found it or not
yep it can be a long one
i noticed you didnt explain how to expand the interior of the tardis. for those tht dont know you need an ARS tablet for that
I'm sorry I must be tripping because I downloaded the 1.16.5 mod but I don't see any observatory or strange journal in the items at all
If you hadn’t figured it out the door sucking you out wasn’t a bug in space or the moon it does that because there is no oxygen
yeah, I realised that while editing lol
I love this mod but wish it could get updated to at least the caves and cliffs update.
I believe the developers are working on this at the moment!
nothing was said on how to get the refueling process to work i cant seem to do it
there's just a button on the console that you press to activate refueling. to see what each console button does, hold a TARDIS manual in your hand and hover over the console :)
