Of course! ☺️ This ratio is widely used in Thailand, so I’m not sure what does other countries standard are ‘cause the milk and water factors are different. So, we use 1:30 for the latte menu. So..for this video, I used 6 grams of matcha powder, then whisk the matcha with 60 ml. of 75c water (adding syrup in whisking process as it’s common in Japanese Matcha Latte method) and pouring on the 120 ml. milk layer 🥰✨ However, you can adapt the ratio according to your taste and preference!
