I made it after attempting to do a icing on another RUclips channel but it tasted so bitter and disgusting that I didn't use it I was about to give up, when my Lord and savior aka you came up on my suggestions, I saw it made it and it was so yummy! I discovered for myself, just last week, about not adding your dry ingredient(s) haphazardly! I made some buttermilk white cornmeal cornbread and made the mistake of pouring the cornmeal and flour in while it was mixing the liquid ingredients... Yep, it was ugly! Okay I'm back lol So, I made this tonight, exactly how you make it on your video. (Only thing i changed was the amount of powdered sugar, I did about 3/4, maybe a little less of a 32oz bag and had to stop... the powdered sugar taste started kind of over powering the cream cheese flavor) Also, I dont know if it's because I have a traditional hand mixer or because I used frozen then thawed cream cheese... but it was thick it didn't look like yours... not sure if that was supposed to happen. Help please
I love your videos man! Got a couple tips. Yo cream cheese can be a little cold! Will keep frosting from being too loose. Put that nice mixer to work!! Lol😄 cut cream cheese in chunks add couple at a time. Fridge will help some. Xtra powdered sugar won't help! Dont know the science, but the mo you beat it the looser it gets n it never recovers. One last thing to try. A pinch of brown sugar!! Sorry so long. I jus luy youuu😋😘

Does vanilla extract ever go bad? My parents brought back a bottle from Mexico before I was born and we still use it. We don't bake that much and it got lost for a few years in our basement.

Real vanilla is so expensive becuz there was supposedly masive fireds that hit Madagascar- thats what i was told anyways BUT u can also buy Mexican Vanilla fir $1.50 at Walmart. And its Amazing stuff
