I wish there was an episode where Angie and Anthony spend some Quality time together as uncle and nephew. Just to show Edwina that he can be a suitable father before they get married and then Kate and come ends up loving her nephew to be.
The biggest flaw this season had was that Daphne didn't really get to play out the "promise or threat" part. I would have preferred had she been actively controlling Anthony's attempts at courtship now that she's so high-ranked that he can't easily stop her.

Eloise knows little about how most people live because young ladies of her class were usually kept carefully sheltered from the lower classes so as to keep them focused on marrying men of their own class. This is why Eloise and Theo simply being around each other was such a major social transgression. Were she to elope with him, well, just look at Lady Mary.

I agree. Plus Simon Bassett, not being in Season 2 they should have expanded on him some more. That way he could help Anthony.
