Raised 4 boys. They all know how to cook, wash clothes, load a dishwasher, iron, and clean a toilet inside and out. They sit after I had them wash the walls in bathroom 🤣🤣
How about kid updates! Hunter graduating from nursing school. Ysabel rehab update from spine surgery. Gwen wedding. Evie adapting to her new limb. Truley adjusting to her move. Twin birth. We care about these kids, not loser Kody.
Not only as an adult wife, did I shovel my own walk and driveway, I mowed, cooked, cleaned & took a machete to the monster pig weeds on our tiny farm. My husband worked 6 days a week at an environmental job and my children (all under 5) fed the chickens, ducks, goats and family pets. Sometimes the neighbors had us feed their farm animals when they were out of town. A special PS for Robbem & Greedy: before I was old enough to babysit (we were in elementary school), I had a paper route and a popular snow shoveling business with my little brother. Our dad worked really hard all week and he was an excellent example of making a living and not relying on public assistance. My mom held jobs before our births, and after we were old enough to be in school. Meanwhile she did everything within the house and taught us all how to clean and cook as her little helpers. My family wasn’t perfect, but we were mostly straight A kids and had plenty of time to play and explore, dad took us to sporting events and museums on the weekends to give our mom a break. I don’t know exactly how to say everyone is responsible for themselves and a lot of us had diverse but functional families. We weren’t our parents’ free labor, but were taught how to pitch in and had freedom to make our own decisions, no matter how good or bad, we cheerfully lived with them or switched directions. These freaking people…. Shovel Robot’s walk? Hell no. Dayton and Aurora could do it. Better yet, Grody - go get your own shovel.
Missed the live - heard it briefly mentioned - there is an old movie called Child Bride of Short Creek with really young Diane Lane, Helen Hunt, and Timothy Atkins. Fictionalized version of the raid in Mohave County in the 1950s.
At the Christmas Tree Lot, when Meri asked about mistletoe, the owner of the lot said they were out and Meri makes a weird groan/moan. Even her child notices and was like, “Mom, chill.” She didn’t say those exact words but that’s what she was meaning.
As an Air Force brat, I have a hard time with this…, but moving in high school is tough. But there are ways to help your teen through the disruption. 1:00:04
Men convinced these women that you work and you pay me rent for the house that I provide you even though I’m your husband and what little bit of money left you can feed the kids but you gotta do all this if you want to go to heaven imo

Love the three of you together. Great commentary as always! ❤
Hey, a dirty untidy kitchen is a nightmare.
