I love your dad! He’s great. And I love it when they aren’t afraid to be on RUclips! My dad passed away 2 weeks ago. Appreciate the time you have. Now I am likely close to your father’s age if not older. But it doesn’t matter how old a parent is when they die. The loss is huge, and leaves a large hole.
Sharon Cullen Art,I'm sorry for your sad loss of your Father,I lost mine 5 years this April, nothing in the world prepares you for the loss of a parent,it is like no other loss. Such a great void is left in ones life, there is no feeling like it. I hope you are coping with life and able to draw on your memories of him to help you get through each day. I am not a believer in the saying"Time is a great healer", my own personal take on it is this"I believe over time we learn to adjust and accept what has happened,to get a new perspective on things, which enables us to move forward in our lives. He is always in your heart and beside each day, watching over you.
So sorry for your loss Sharon. My dad passed on Dec. 28th 2021. We were not close but it still hurts mostly because we were not close. I don't know if that makes sense 🤔🤔💕💗
Please build a small toolshed and get all the tools and the toolbench out of what is becoming a darling home. What a great dad you have Jordan! Enjoy your new, beautiful floor and thanks for bringing us on the journey!
I was told some years back when we were having mold issues that mold cannot be killed also spraying it with anything only releases more spores into your environment. Props to you both!
Hi Kaylee, Sadie, and Jordan, Great video!!! Wonderful to see your dad, Jordan and how blessed you are to still have him. Cherish the time you have left!!! Love the new floor and the 🐕 and the 🐐 and all of you💗❤️💕🥰😍
As a retired educator and someone who ran early childhood education programs and assessed lots of children, Sadie appears to be very interested and tuned into what is happening around her. Her interest in the world at her age is a precursor to someone who will read early and perform well on pre-K cognitive tests. My guess is when you read books to her, she is focused and interested in every picture and following your finger as you track the words.
I love you can really see how breast feeding, not having chemicals in birth and clean pregnancy shows at early ages. I wished more young ladies followed the natural route it does make huge difference. I have been midwife for many years and advocate of breastfeeding adding food slowly and later then most do. Look at Sadies clear engaged eyes it is beautiful to see.
Put a ditch for the water to follow away from the holes. Cover your holes after you dig them until you are ready to go forward with them (wood, plastic???). The rug is good to hang on to for the colder weather. Baby will be using it a lot by then. Bone looks like a femur from a cow. Some are tall breeds and some are short, so you would have to know what breed in order to have a better guess, but I think cow is a given. Rancher for over 55 years. I knew that color of floor was going to be horrible the minute I saw it. I had a floor that was dark on the ranch and you can clean it 20 times a day. I even stopped anyone with waffle soles. Just wait until the end to mop it, and keep the broom out so that whoever tracks in, sweep out. It takes a village. lol
Wow, You guys are so lucky with the support you get. I lost my father at 16. He was the guy you could call to fix anything. Seeing your father jumping in to help like that, makes me miss him even more. What a great guy.
I'm so sorry you lost your Dad at such an early age.😢 I cannot imagine the pain you've been through in your life. I pray that God will bless you in all that you do & that your heart will heal. Love, hugs and blessings to you.💚💙💚
Melted my heart to hear Jordan's Dad talk about missing his son, Kaylee & Sadie. How sweet. You guys never cease to amaze me by how hard you work come rain, snow or sunshine! Wouldn't it be wonderful to have your home built & completed then have all of your family come to celebrate! This community that you've created is so full of love, beautiful memories, loyalty, respect, compassion, reliance & trust & proof that you can make anywhere HOME. That you can change lives with little. That knowledge, learning & teaching, can make one just as wealthy as someone with all the money in the world!
Tip from the Pac NWet: create a wooden frame deep enough for the final holes. Place in as deep as you have made progress then cover with overhang. Remove each time you go to work. Won't stop all the dirt but will limit. The work of moving the frames is less than digging out the slop that sides in.
I thoroughly enjoy reading the loving, & helpful comments. The praises, & heart. I was really sad when I watched the "Why We Quit the A-frame Build". It sad that it got to the point they felt they needed to explain themselves! People who think they're "helping" by being self-righteous & rude really isn't what Kaylee & Jordan want or need. Just because one shares their lives on a RUclips channel, doesn't mean they deserve to be ridiculed, & shamed for their choices. Their choices are THEIRS, & your opinions are YOURS. You can share your opinions without hurting someone, as K & J were truly hurt. I love watching this community grow, & it's growing with many loving hands. Please think before you leave a comment, pretend like you're talking to someone you know & love. Much love to everyone who reads this.❤️
I so agree. Jordan & Kaylee share their lives with all of us. Sure, it's their business but, that doesn't give their followers license to criticize & berate. Just rude! Leave if you don't like it.
I so agree. It's ok to give advice and make suggestions but there is never any reason or excuse to be just as mean as you can😔 I'm so happy they share themselves with us. I just wish there was more😁😁
Your dad is the best! So happy that he was able to visit you guys! Love the new flooring. Wishing you light love abundance prosperity wealth happiness and great health 🙏 ❤ keep the videos coming.

Beautiful family! We are currently renovating a slightly bigger tiny apartment for our family of four, and I watch your channel to motivate me. Then I feel my heart swell because you all are so happy and full of love you share. Looking forward to my next project now ❤️
Love to see your dad came to visit!! You guys are So Amazing!!❤️❤️ Sadie is so cute!!💖 My husband and I love seeing your videos!! ❤️❤️ Ww Love the goats 🐐 🐐
I'm 49yrs old and my Dad 75yrs old this month and he is still the first person I call when I need help with anything. He is also my best friend and the closest thing to a real life superhero I've ever known.
Can see where Jordan gets his sense of humour. Jordan and his Dad are a crack up love seeing them work together Sadie is a lucky little girl so much love all around her. Stay safe thanks for sharing ♥️♥️🇦🇺🇦🇺👍👍🥰🥰
How lucky are you to have a dad that is not only very handy to help you with projects, but also that he's so keen on coming down to do so. And he seems so good natured and fun too.
Hello my name is Mary Ann and I'm from South Jersey your dad is just like my dad my dad passed away 10 years ago no matter where he was or what he was doing if I needed him to fix something he would come running your father is a wonderful man I enjoy your videos the floor looks good thank you for sharing
About the bone... The only human bone that would be that thick would be the femur, the thigh bone. That's way too short to be a femur. It's likely a cow bone.
Hi. Dig the holes anda then, put a bucket inside. This they don't fill up with dirt. Also prepare yourselfs to extend the house so that Sadie has her own bedroom. All the best to you
Before my daughter could crawl, she learned she could roll everywhere she wanted to go. Great memories! Your floor looks fantastic and yes that is a job I wouldn't want to do either. My body feels sore just watching.....
I did flooring like that in our house, 1500 square ft, by myself. My back, my knees, but mostly, my fingertips, were killing me…….. Our kids just bought their first home, and already started making plans. I know we’ll be traveling up to Colorado to help them too. Yep, the things we do out of love 💜
You could build a smaller toolshed and keep the tiny house for your guests and family when they visit, as it's to good to be just a toolshed. Obviously not until you have built your bigger house. ❤
I didn't see it - and you may have done something - but you might want to consider cutting some 4x4 inch squares of flooring and put them under the legs on the workbench.
I haven't caught up on your vlogs, so I'm very blessed to see your dad for the first time and the family and farmily together! He is a sincere, loving Father and Grandfather💖 Know where you get your "roll up your sleeves and get it done" genes!!🤗 Love the new floor, every pizza party and the fellowship and love all y'all share😊 My hubby and I are sneaking up on 60 and LOVE dancing in the kitchen🎉So happy y'all share your journey with us!!🎊
I hear ya… We have a golden lab + kids + sand + dark hardwood floors = messy PRETTY floor! In the big picture… not that important! Ordered your coffee… now that’s important!
Get so excited when I see you guys pop up with new video! You guys are so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends. I am sure you already know that. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. Sadie is one of the most beautiful babies I have ever seen! If you knew me you would know I just do not say things like this unless I mean it. I hope you guys are still happy in Panama. Been following you since the beginning and Waiting for a day to come in the future, dum dum ta dum. LoL love you guys bunches!! From a friend in Iowa. Good vibes sent to you all!! ❤️🦋❤️🦋❤️☮️
You could also attach the new bathroom to your workshop through a covered skywalk so that you don’t have to walk outside in rain to go to bathroom or laundry with the place where it pours all the time.
Remember how you put up the blue tarpaulin over the patio when you were tiling it to keep it from getting wet by the rain? Why don’t you plant some posts around the perimeter of the area you will be putting your bathroom/laundry room/sauna so you can pitch some tarps over posts to keep the area area dry &/or you can cover the ground with the tarps to keep the rain from washing the dirt you dug out back into the holes. Just a suggestion. Good luck
When my daughter was very young(two to four), I was able to get her to help me clean the house by playing 'Dancing Queen'. I'd play the song and change the lyrics to 'Dance and Clean'. It worked until she was about five or six.
Busy Bee's , you guys are just moving along , the floor looks great , ( first time I have seen your Dad , he is pretty cool ) and the holes for the footings for your combination bathroom are coming along , you've got a nice spread there and it's going to be looking a lot better when you guys are finished , it looks lovely living in the clouds on the mountain , a little damp but we always need the rain. .. Catch ya on the flip side .. Cheers.
looking great guys! and your dad seems like a lovely man, also Saddie is just so beautiful. She is growing up fast!! She looks like she will be a very clever girl, its great that she is growing up in such a wonderful environment!!
So sweet of your dad to come help lay the new floor. It looks so nice. Jordan looks exactly like his dad. Heads up, your dark flooring is going show every piece of dirt, dust and animal hair. I am constantly sweeping and mopping my floors to eliminate all that crap that collects. I use a lot of rugs to cover up some of the space. Love your little home. So cozy!
That is so cool, i got a taste for off-grid working from home using an Ecoflow River Pro which i recently did a review for, and its changed the way I see work now, there's no need to be stuck in an office for the rest of my life. Now the inspiration is to get an RV/Motorhome and work on the road and live offgrid.
Daddies are wonderful. They can fix all sorts of things. You are lucky to have your Dad to help out. I has been long gone and I miss him so much. Your place is looking a lot better. Good luck with the rest. Love you guys. Later.
Great video and flooring looks awesome too! Isn't being a parent the most amazing thing ever?? My 6 month old Ace LOVES his Jolly jumper as well and its so awesome watching them grow! Keep up the awesome work
So glad your dad was there to visit and help you guys. You guys were so happy. Sadie is almost crawling now, that’s great. Keep it up guys. Love and be safe!🤗😘🌼🇻🇪
To stop the water coming into your new paved area you will need to add several diverters to take the stream away from the house. Have a look at how the council does it on the roads as well as other homes that are located at the bottom of hills
Love from Australia it's so nice to have your dad come always to help & the joy he has at being with you & develop a bond with his granddaughter. 🇦🇺🐨👍😁
I love following you guys. My Dad is getting our addition going. It's what he does. We are so blessed to have our Dads. Ya'll are in my prayers everyday. Big hugs and love to your whole beautiful family. 🤗🙋♀️
Love the work that was done! It’s a great accomplishment. I suggested once to get a room size dehumidifier. They are great for high humidity, reduces mold, and you can empty a gallon at a time.
Floor looks great, a foundation for your home, I get it. How blessed are U that your handsome Dad comes all the way to Panama, ti help U lay your floor. Sweet🐕🥾
I was thinking about that because I moved into a new Habitat for Humanity senior home almost 3 years ago and the people that have the dark vinyl flooring are deeply regretting it I chose the right one is kind of a medium brownish gray right down the middle and it doesn’t show the dirt. Yay. And everywhere you have mud water the first year I lived here it was nothing but clay mud tracking it in and out all the time but finally that’s all over with because we have a crash now. I like how Sadie wanted to drink and when she didn’t get it she looked right at the camera like OK this one’s supposed to talk to to get what I want so adorable. Looks beautiful nice upgrade. Much love and blessings to you all. 🌱🪴💚🍏
Calcium chloride for your moisture problem only thing that worked for me. I been watching you two for awhile love the off grid place will be doing this oneday I do have some solar now can't wait!
The new floor looks so good! This will be so much nicer than the lino! Especially when Sadie starts to crawl! So nice of your dad to come over and help! He seems like a great guy! I know what you mean about dirt and dust. I live in the Arizona high desert off a dirt road. But I love it here! Great to see your place growing day by day!❤️
As I been watching, why do you two choose to constantly make it sound like living in Panama is horrible. Very deceiving. I guess the look on the video make the viewers watch it when nothing bad happens. yall are crazy. make it seem like living in Panama is the worse decision that you two made. Panama isn't that bad. I got family out there. Also why do you two make it more harder to get stuff accomplished ? 😮 Let me tell you something as I have family in Panama. I am pretty sure you two are talk of the town. 😅😅😅😂😂😂 You two are living Shangri-la life. Well I guess you two love the experience and challenges.😅😅😅
Poor Doug. He could only last a few days with the way you worked him. Haha, When he gets home he'll be in bed or getting a massage then sleeping. The floor looks great. I'm laying the same floor thru my daughters' tiny house. It's 2700 sq. ft. yeah, not so tiny. That's why I'm converting my 29' short bus. The rugs are pretty also, and they'll make it safer for Sadie to move around on. Good video, always fun to watch your activities and how you're building a life for yourself and your friends on your land. Stay safe Hugs for Sadie Belly rubs for the furbabies
I know all about the issues with laying flooring after living in a space for any period of time. I'm currently laying flooring on our lounge, hallway and kitchen and constantly moving furniture from room to room whilst also trying to live in the space! It's all worth it though.
Hi, guys!!! Awesome video with dad visiting and helping y'all. But I would suggest that he goes visiting during the dry season as well. Less rain and mud. Plus you could take him to do some hiking or down to the beach somewhere. I think he would really enjoy it. And if I may also recommend hiring someone with engineering and construction expertise to do some of that heavy labor for your more difficult projects. I would hate for you guys to end up with an unnecessary problem later on. Not too mention getting hurt. Sadie needs both of you strong and healthy. Love, love❤😊
Buy some furniture sliders for that table. I built my son a custom bed that is bulky and heavy to move across our carpet and vinyl floor and the furniture sliders make it so easy to slide across the floor
You can dust your place with antiseptic wipes. You can order those on the line by the buckets. Your rug and sofa probably have mold. We had to get rid of ourfabric as much as possible. Rugs, upholstery furniture, curtains… As much dust collecting things as possible. Especially stuffed animals and indoor plants.
Great to see your dad I am feeling his pain and love. Just remember the time comes far too soon when it is time to care of him and your other parents. Time with family is precious, but not always fun. Fun stuff just happens at the oddest times.
14:58 My first thought when I saw the color "Oh no, you'll regret that dark color!"... or not! As I know you know: 1. a little dirt makes you stronger and healthier! 2: there are MANY more important things in life than cleaning too much! ❤ Love to see all you wonderful people interact - so inspiring!! ❤
I know you need the bathroom but I think I would be staking out where your new home is going to be and getting started on that. Sadie will be starting (home)school by the time you get that built! But I do have to say the workshop is looking great and the pizza oven is awesome!!!
Oh and Dyson hate HATE HATE humidity! That silly wee filter in the chamber will clog with any moisture along with dust. A hoover for a dry tiny house-try good old Henry instead -this is from a gal with a bit of a thing for hoovers (I have a collection😂😂😂) perfect workshop capacity vacuum cleaner. Love to all your gang from my gang on a wee windy wet hill in Scotland-world's apart never felt so similar 🤘💙✌🌍🖖🌄

They want to build a home and keep the workshop a workshop. They might not want to build yet another workshop before their house 😐
That is exactly what I was thinking.
@@TsunamiKitten56 I understand and agree. And I give them kudos for doing things "their way."
Plus you could put the tool table on locking wheels making it easier to move.
Yeah build a tool shed and put the bathroom and laundry in the house, then if you do build a new house use this as a guest house for the family

See the father son company called 'Arched Cabins'. Water proof, able to withstand extreme winds, etc. They are based in Texas.

get rubber backed rugs and place them in high traffic spots - use a portable vac to clean them - i have a large dog and dark floors I get you

I totally agree with you on the dyson. I bought two. Over $2500 worth and both have been back and forth for repair. Never again.
Awe so cool your dad could come & help. Your very much like him.love the floor

After you dig the hole put tarps over it..you can also get a small shipping container for your tools👍
Sadie is such a sweetie! Floor looks great and yes we did the same thing and laid a dark floor so we have paw prints!
Hello to Jordan's Dad! So nice that he can come to help out. Best wishes from northern Illinois USA!
Keep up the awesome work
The best long lasting vacuum is a Shark. I’ve had mine for over a decade with multiple dogs and it works like new still.
Helping on projects is a dad thing. I'm visiting mine right now and he has me building a retaining wall to level his driveway
🇦🇺🐨👍😁
Hello Kaylee and Jordan and Sadie hope that you're having a good weekend guys great to see your dad again Jordan
Yep, to even have a chance with mold, there.
Floor looks great, a foundation for your home, I get it. How blessed are U that your handsome Dad comes all the way to Panama, ti help U lay your floor. Sweet🐕🥾
What a sweet Dad!
Sadie, what a cutie. Youre dad is so sweet. PS agree with the Dyson.. I like Shark vacuums.
Calcium chloride for your moisture problem only thing that worked for me. I been watching you two for awhile love the off grid place will be doing this oneday I do have some solar now can't wait!
I see where you get your happy disposition from - - your dad. He is great. 👏🏻👏🏻🥰
You all look and sound great! Congrats on the beautiful floor!
The new floor looks so good! This will be so much nicer than the lino! Especially when Sadie starts to crawl! So nice of your dad to come over and help! He seems like a great guy! I know what you mean about dirt and dust. I live in the Arizona high desert off a dirt road. But I love it here! Great to see your place growing day by day!❤️
Hello 👋 how are you doing?
Bless your dad!
So cool to see his dad. Awesome relationship to witness 👏 😀
So nice your dad was there to help and see you and your family. Looking good. Baby is growing up fast. God Bless🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰🥰
Yay! Beautiful floors! Hi Dad! Great to see you again! Happy happy joy days!
OMG, your daughter is so flipping adorable and beautiful
You can dust your place with antiseptic wipes. You can order those on the line by the buckets. Your rug and sofa probably have mold. We had to get rid of ourfabric as much as possible. Rugs, upholstery furniture, curtains… As much dust collecting things as possible. Especially stuffed animals and indoor plants.
As always, love your projects and antics!! Lucky your dad loves you and is willing to grind it out with you. Ah Sadie!!! Hugs from 🇨🇦
Great to see your dad I am feeling his pain and love. Just remember the time comes far too soon when it is time to care of him and your other parents. Time with family is precious, but not always fun. Fun stuff just happens at the oddest times.
It is so nice to have your dad's help.
U 2 make me chuckle. I so enjoy u both. And of course that pure joy of a beautiful baby girl
Not gonna be a new home. Workshop is it
Aww your dad is so sweet 💜
Oh and Dyson hate HATE HATE humidity! That silly wee filter in the chamber will clog with any moisture along with dust. A hoover for a dry tiny house-try good old Henry instead -this is from a gal with a bit of a thing for hoovers (I have a collection😂😂😂) perfect workshop capacity vacuum cleaner. Love to all your gang from my gang on a wee windy wet hill in Scotland-world's apart never felt so similar 🤘💙✌🌍🖖🌄
