It's so helpful to hear you talk through your rift and defensive timings! In my head I imagined I was playing like this, but comparing your VOD to mine I see so many massive issues. SUPER HELPFUL
Man, you have helped me become such a better disc priest, I was almost going to give up but watching you has made it click for me! I was playing it too much like a dps. instead of holding my damage for enemy damage, (which works until you get to higher keys) and now it’s SO smooth.
Dude, you are uploading videos for each dungeon like you’re reading my mind! Have been progging higher SV keys this week. Two questions - dispels on EDNA, I’m told dispelling just before the beams is good practice, what’s your rule of thumb? And how long do you advise waiting to absorb orbs on Skarmorak? I’ve had inconsistent experiences.
always dispel on cast - while he’s casting the smash dispell. For orbs just make sure you have atleast 2 stacks on the shield phase for the heal buff it grants you.
I think you have the totally wrong approach to the game then.. the best classes and best players are those who bring utility spells to dungeons and maximize them. DPS and Tanks MUST do more than zugzug; wiping to missed dispels is no fun either. If your idea of dispels is they are a "healer mechanic" that's a big issue.
@JustDiscipline I main healer, I would rather be the one responsible for all dispels than hope DPS will do them. Binary pass fail based on not having the right amount of classes that can curse dispel in my friend group feels like I'm playing vanilla or something and being gated from progging harder content by roleplaying game design.
Obviously they aren't a healer mechanic currently, but I don't see why forcing DPS to press dispel or you wipe is fun. Utility can be fun and engaging. Pressing cleanse every 8s on a poison in ak isn't fun or engaging.
@@bidu2331324 It's because you're looking at keys as a run for DPS parses. Reposition your idea on keys and dispels fit perfectly into the equation. Keys are Not all about DPS

Happy to help!

How much haste and versa do you have?
I would love to become a member of your channel, but it seems I cannot find the relevant button (story of me as a Disc) 😅
Under each video there is a JOIN button!
Is power word life something that you're bringing into every high key, or is it still very situational?
I can't play without it!
Dispels are such a unfun mechanic. Either take them from dps and give every healer universal dispel or stop adding unhealable debuffs.
