Excellent work. Could you tell us your welder settings? And what CLR die did you use on the bends?

What are your settings on your tig as far as amps and all. I see that your using a trigger switch on torch? Looks like you have a pulse setting on it?

I built that rod holder fixture, I can’t get it dialed in lol, I did a few they were just off on the up and down , do you draw a line across where you want them to go? Idk if you have this problem but sharpie right next a tack on anodized Aluminium will always be there, no matter how much acetone is on a rag

I built a jig to hold each one in place at the same height. As for marking it we use sharpie. But have not had a problem getting it to come back off with a cleaner/acetone

      Hey there,
There are several types you can use with aluminum. I prefer using 1/8" 1.5% Lanthanated tungsten ( Gold) . It's a very universal tungsten and stable on AC welding.

The benefits of regular breaks has been proven. You will get more and better work done in the long run.
