    This was just a 10 minute ad for momentous. I didn't learn how it works, how it changed your life, or why I shouldn't buy on Amazon. I'm not being a troll, I just think this video is a miss.

    I took creatine for the first time right before playing a football (soccer) match. I played the first 5 minutes then spent the rest of the match shooting rocket poops in the toilet. Stay safe.

      Probably wasn't the creatine.. You need to use it for a week or two to "start" the effects..

    been adding fermented stuff to my life, can you do a video on adding fermentation to your life someting beet kavass, sauerkaurt , kombucha etc something like title : EATING [INSERT QUATITY ] of [Fermented item]for 77 days. or trying 88 parasite/heavy meta detoxes

      @@ShervinShares it has been ~ 5 years since I looked into the space and things have changed but off the top of my head I would get a before and after sample at viome website I think i did the precursor to them or before they merge or rebranded. For the parasite stuff I just came across doctah b sirius info but have yet to watch the webinar since last time I checked the replay it was 4 hours 🤦& wendy myers just had a 7 part docuseries which I have yet to watch or look into.

      @@ShervinSharesThere is scientific evidence that consuming acetic acid (e.g., 1 tbsp of vinegar or fermented foods) before meals improves glucose metabolism, reduces insulin by slowing gastric emptying. You already do glucose monitoring and such, this seems like something you would be quite interested in. I have personally experimented with it and had positive results and would love to see your experience as well.

    WHy no creatine off Amazon if it's from a reputable brand? eg Thorne, TransparentLabs, etc

      You mentioned some micro brands ...i would trust to maijor brands, reputable in BB world, like Optimum Nutrition, Bsn, Universal, etc

    I expected more from this video which wasn't bad but wasn't good either.
    I felt like I was watching a collection of anecdotes, some of them related to the topic some not, typically inconclusive.
    Overall, I learned more from taking a couple minutes looking up creatine back when you teased the video.
    It might help to compare your experience with others ppl and studies (more sources) to get a better sense of trends and put things in context. More focus too - this one was a bit all over the place in the story telling.

      This is my personal belief as a lot of supplements on Amazon are very low quality. Buy anyone supplement you want, just buy it from the brands directly

      creatine can potentially be helpful for muscle gain which could help increase your metabolic rate

    Curious how you balance lifting with running - I lift like 3 times a week too (push pull legs). Do you have days you both lift and run? How many days a week of running?

      Yes I usually try to do run in morning and lift at night. But if I can’t no 2+ hour runs on same day as lift

    The adjusting dosage thing is a good point. For me 5g is just too much, always wrecked my stomach. A lot of the "online experts" tell you if you take less you might as well don't. They don't know what they're talking about.
