@@ShervinSharesThere is scientific evidence that consuming acetic acid (e.g., 1 tbsp of vinegar or fermented foods) before meals improves glucose metabolism, reduces insulin by slowing gastric emptying. You already do glucose monitoring and such, this seems like something you would be quite interested in. I have personally experimented with it and had positive results and would love to see your experience as well.

I expected more from this video which wasn't bad but wasn't good either. I felt like I was watching a collection of anecdotes, some of them related to the topic some not, typically inconclusive. Overall, I learned more from taking a couple minutes looking up creatine back when you teased the video. It might help to compare your experience with others ppl and studies (more sources) to get a better sense of trends and put things in context. More focus too - this one was a bit all over the place in the story telling.

The adjusting dosage thing is a good point. For me 5g is just too much, always wrecked my stomach. A lot of the "online experts" tell you if you take less you might as well don't. They don't know what they're talking about.

Probably wasn't the creatine.. You need to use it for a week or two to "start" the effects..

WHy no creatine off Amazon if it's from a reputable brand? eg Thorne, TransparentLabs, etc
