Im on day 23 sober and its been a journey; i appreciate your channel and it resonates a lot to what im going through. The physiological symtoms were pretty intense the first three weeks, now I'm finding peace in a lot of ways. Subscribed

day 11 still going strong. 40 years everyday heavy smoker. all the normal withdrawls, but feels good already at times. i'm just staying mad busy being productive. Sleep is the biggest hurdle.

Good stuff man. Thats a lot of years of smoking so sounds like will take a while for the body to learn how to sleep naturally again. Great you’re keeping busy, experiencing positive moments and attitude around it.

@@recuperacion420 Lots of physical work/exercise and a big meal before bed been helping with the sleep a little. I feel so clear-headed and energetic it's almost a high in itself. 2 weeks and i feel like I'm reclaiming power over myself. took 6 weeks of false starts to finally get this far.

I feel great from quitting. In day time. I hate it at night waking up at 2-3 am wide awake. Days and days I wonder how long can I go. Definetely not craving.

I'm currently on a binge smoking phase. But when I was sober for 2 months, I had better sleep after the withdrawal phase and I was also so bored and depressed. I also tend to get addicted to Zyn whenever I am sober from weed.

Sounds like you gave up pretty quick there. Takes about 18 months to 2 years to really learn how to adopt a lifestyle of growth and discipline. Don’t waste away your life friend

@@SobrietyUniversity I'm trying. It's always the 2 month mark where I give up and relapse. I relapsed on December 12 and since then, I been binging non stop.
