Ehhh I have my doubts lmao. Not that it's a bad thing to have something pre-written before going on radio, but I find it hard to believe that he does everything off the dome. It's not impossible, but unlikely I'd say.

You can never actually know whether someone is truly rapping off the dome. The reason I think Tjay isn't, though, is 'cause I get a sense of familiarity from the writing (assuming it's written) from this freestyle. I could see this freestyle being an actual song that he'd release - or, if not, then a more polished version of it.
I'd say that most rappers who freestyle on the radio probably aren't doing it off the dome, either, BTW, and most of them will admit it. I don't think it's a bad thing, it just seems that a lot of people get confused. Some people thought Lil Dicky came on Sway and did everything off the top of his head when he literally said as an ad-lib "I write this".
But yeah, I feel fairly certain that this freestyle is pre-written - or, if not in its entirety, then at least some of it is.
