Holland is most well known as the front man and rhythm guitarist for the punk rock band The Offspring who formed in 1984 and went on to become one of the biggest punk rock bands of the 1990's. As of 2023, The Offspring have released 10 studio albums which have accumulated an impressive number of 40 million copies sold worldwide including the current record for the highest selling album on an independent label, the 1994 hit album "Smash" that sold 11 million copies.
Outside of the music biz, you will find that Holland is somewhat a jack of all trades. Back in 1996 Holland decided to get his pilot’s license and completed a 10 day solo flight around the world. In 2004 he started up a successful hot sauce company called "Gringo Bandito Hot Sauce" and in 2017 he attained his PhD in Molecular Biology. As of 2023 Dexter Holland has an estimated net worth of 80 million dollars.

My first born and second born sons are named Dexter and Holland. Still have Americana on VHS. His songs have kept me from doing a legger to the nearest cliff. I have a great deal of respect for that man, and a deep appreciation he will probably never learn of. Thank you for this video!
