Yes buddy. The antenna is next to useless - probably because the whole frame of the bbq acts like a faraday cage. So first you have to orient the antenna to point down at the ground. Your home wifi unit needs to be pretty close to the antenna to work and ideally line of sight with out any obstacles in the way like glass, metal (especially) and it should be on the same plane or level to make a good connection. Try moving your home unit closer to prove my point and if all else fails get a wifi extender. Hope that helps.
Thans a lot. It helped me a lot. One question, wich probably you cant help me, but anyway. During the set up when i turning the grill over to adjust the weels etc......the keramic parts went down together with the roaster and 4 metal bolts. I already let know masterbuilt but anyway maybe you can help me.
