Man, this video was very amusing, because I come from the east side of Norway and we always have fun talking about all the rain on the west side (I believe that is where you guys moved). So i thought that was a very funny javb at the weather, like when it rains 250 days a year in Bergen. x) I chuckled a bit. ^^
You know the Norwegian saying?; There is no bad weather, just bad clothing. (It sounds better in Norwegian than in English) ”Det finnes ikke dårlig vær, bare dårlige klær». If you want to enjoy the outdoor life in Norway you should invest in clothes and knowledge to deal with the wet and cold weather. (I’m sure you already have😉) Enjoy!
That is an expression said with irony. Most norwegians hate the weather and obviously stay inside rather then dress for it. You can carry all the umbrellas in the world , hoodies, and rain coaths, but you will not enjoy being outside in the weather anyway. Anyways, the problem with the weather isn't how it affects you physically, but what it does to your spirit.
Brilliant sence of humour!💛
Hahahahaha...... Welcome to Norwegian autumn weather :-)
🙈
Soaked bread... yummy! :-P
