Yes indeed, as a mother myself, I can try to imagine the hell this has been for her. We parents all know we can't bear to have our children going through hard times. We always want to 'fix' things, and when we can't, it makes us crazy. I give her big props. I suspect both her and her husband have also been 'rocks' for William, Catherine and the children.

I remember reading ages ago that when William first stayed with the Middleton family he appeared in the morning fully dressed while the Middletons, like most of the rest of us, were in their PJs with bowls of cereal everywhere.
