Does art like that breaks any law or can I get banned from selling it? It looks like a caricature.
you can indeed get sued for all you have if the original artists spot their work.. i can't believe people use marvel or disney images in there AI art.. people have been spotting their work easily.. most renders are obvious who designed the work..even if it is just a tiny bit in the background..its copyrighted... even sites like midjourney who claim if you buy their product they give you commercial use... doesn't mean the artist or owner of the works in the design you come up with..isn't going to sue you for using THEIR work that THEY own... people who think that plugging a few words in a prompt is 'their work/art' are kidding themselves.. I can't pinch your car put it in my garage and say its mine just because i did the work to open the garage door and drive it in.. its still your car that you own.

I would recommend to get $30 package at first, usually you run out of hours on $10, set mode to /relax that way you can experiment at first and switch after if you need

I love your videos and thank you because I am learning a lot, but I think the market is already saturated, everyone is doing the same thing, plus the resolution in my opinion is still too low, even with upscaling to create a saleable product.
I used Artpal, and many people have seen my work, but not one painting has been purchased. I think you don't use their service.

Selling AI "art" is a shady practice that undermines artists ability to earn money by muddying the waters with a bunch of easily created soulless images that look stunning to the untrained eye.
People are absolutely moronic if they pay for images that they could just generate for free themselves
They still buy it. Nothing wrong with taking advantage on other people's stupidity.

@@Geekatplay I'm not invested in this personally, but if you want to excite people, show your numbers. Even if it's 100$ a month, these days, a lot of people need the extra money for daily expenses and will be excited to give it a try that way.
those who do get sued eventually... they render works that have obvious owners ie disney, marvel, or pics of celebs etc... these are copyright.. just because a site takes your money and says you have commercial use rights... doesnt mean the owners who see their work (even a tiny part of their work) can't sue you and they are and will continue to... its their work.. not the person claiming typing a prompt is doing art
