OMG.. That is my steampunk girl. I love that you clicked on it. Awsome. That painting has gotten 900 visits, clicks in a short 2 months and is my best seller. People love steampunk art. I Do more pet portraits but just pretty portraits of people do sell well for me.
Thank you for your insight. I worked as a design assistant for a time, and clients mostly chose art prints of nature scenes. Also abstract prints were popular. When selecting samples to show a client, color and form were considered over subject. So choosing the color scheme of the print, if it used large shapes or small details, if it had hard lines or soft features, that was more important than if it was an image of a Phoenix or a forest. I had not thought of using AI this way, thank you for this, brilliant!

In midjourney v. 4, you can now do aspect ratios of 2:3 or 3:2, so you don’t hav to crop with a separate software.
I am trying to sell AI art on etsy currently and this is exactly the problem I'm facing right now. I believe my arts are not unique enough to attract buyers and after uploading 40+ products, I'm changing my strategy to create mind-blowing arts instead now.

We've also found Topaz GigaPixel Ai to be the best choice for upscalers. Producing artwork for department stores' stock, hotels and other public venues is now in the hands of those very venues; anyone working for these entities can produce the artwork in-house without purchasing from me. Everybody can now be an 'artist'!
Not really. I've got a beautiful image in my head. But no matter how good I get at prompts, and, dare I say, no matter how good the AI gets, that image will never be created as I imagine it. Not even close. But, YOU can do that. You still are leaps and bounds better than all of us and an AI 😉

Thanks for the vid mate, but I just don't understand why people would buy these when they can just open up an air art generator and create their own. I mean prompting is not crazy hard, it's all about the luck of the seed
You think they will do it? I think not. They'll do it when it is like "computer do the best design that suits our company right now for this purpose X" / otherwise it will take way too much time, effort, understanding about purpose and use case, and also artistic eye to select correct imagery. I don't doubt this wouldn't replace use case of casual fiverr customers buying some random anime waifu though.
@@devnull_ You make a good point that I've been realizing myself. Aside from the experimentation aspect of trying and modifying prompts, then re-rolling to get a favorable result, that act of curating is what will in part determine the "style" of the "artist" working in collaboration with these generative AI models.

that is not how it works, AI generated by references, it does not traced or putting parts together. This is biggest misconception about how AI generated images. Please, learn about how technology works.
What about photography? Artists always copying someone work, always, it is call learning skill. AI also was learning on art of another artists and generating by using references to wide collection of the previous art. It does not copying, traced or put together from pieces. I am highly recommend to learn how this technology works.

yes, it also absolutely worthless. I could just take a screenshot from someone's ai print shop and upscale it myself, because it's not copyrightable I own it as much or little as the previous guy. Or alternatively just feed it back into midjourney and do minor changes. Besides looking ugly and being unethical It's an absolute dead-end trying to sell these things

AI art engines train themselves from human generated art..this is in no way close to human art..it's synthetic and should be shunned no matter how pleasing to the eye..typing words into ai machine does not make you an artist.
boo. the sam was said about digital painters first, or people who used photoshop instead of an actual darkroom, or a film camera. Real artist are not afraid of competion, because the spirit of their art is unique to them.
