I feel like there’s an incredibly tragic backstory to Rwanda’s villain. He has this aura of sadness, like he never wanted to be the villain but now he’s stuck.
I was thinking he looked more like a hero than a villain. But I wasn't sure if that was just influenced by the juxtaposition of him with Romania and Russia 🤣
I know the title said "Every Single Country", I didn't think they'd actually put every single country. It felt amazing to see my country Micronesia be included in a video.

The one for Romania terrified me the most, I like how Jamaica had dreadlocks. This was a really amazing collection, being a Brit though I thought doing England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Island separately would have had better results, instead of doing the UK as one villain. Scotland could have worn a tartan kilt, that would've been great!

I have to admit tho, the AI pretty much just using Blanka for Brazil and a gorilla based on that dumb 90's movie for DRCongo is pretty hilarious to me(well, based on the movie or racism, either way it's funny).
New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Suriname, Switzerland, Vatican City, The Bahamas, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Israel, and Germany are my favorite.
@Burger Kang You almost make it sound like colonialism, warmongering, etc is a good thing 😭 You're defending it! You seem a bit too offended by my joke, to start a debate. Also don't assume too much of my people, I'm French first and foremost. To quote you "The white man was better, smarter, more determined, more technologically advanced, and in all his wisdom he woke up and chose violence" 🤣🤣 dont get me wrong, he did not self-handedly started humanity on the long arduous path to self anhihilation, everybody pitched in, but you can't say he did more than his fair share ! With more power comes...? Anyway have a good day and learn to laugh at yourself, whoever you are!
Its amazing how the villains look like they encompass the essence of the country more than the hero's do. They actually look like they lived through the worst parts of that county's history, and survived to become monsters.
I think it nailed Syria the best, a perfect mix of current affairs and geography. A country, through no fault of their own, being torn apart and destroyed both internally and externally created a supervillain that is the epitome of death itself; hellbent on making the rest of the world feel their pain. You can almost feel the sympathetic villain story-arch write itself just from the image
Completely agree, Syria is my favorite, real emissary of death vibes, generations known nothing but war can be seen in the black husk that is that villain, no eyes, no face, no resemblance of what was once a beautiful country with deep historic architecture reduced to nothing.
I am really convinced that AI understood turkey much better than most of the internet communities. Turkey's real villain is charismatic warm Mafia that connected with his nation and religion in some amount, not like a devil or cold hearted villains that live in iron towers.
As an Australian, i am more proud of the AI generated villian made in this video than i am of my actual country. Edit: I still love Australia it was just a figure of speech
It's actually pretty fitting. The Australian supervillain looks a bit like a crocodile and is spiky like a lot of our reptiles and animals here. He's got a big, toothy grin, referencing how in Australia we always like to joke, even if it's crude. And this guy doesn't have a shirt, which is pretty fitting, as there's always someone with their shirt off, especially if it's really hot or they're just drunk 😂 I can see that villain speaking in an Aussie accent too. He kinda looks like a brawler but also a scavenger and a trader. He could be the kingpin of the underworld too. Just my take.
As a Syrian, I love how the villain 14:00 takes on historical items like the hidden blade, and I also love the character of The Reaper and this villain takes on the look very well, he looks like death himself, amazing
Some of them are really symbolic. I thought the Maldives really brought out the essence of a sinking country by making a giant villain barely fitting on the island.
@@lamastu2156 If you find the other video doing the national villain thing, you’ll see different ones than the ones you saw here. Some are better. Some are worse. The Greek one in the other video is way cooler than this one. He has glowing blue eyes, wears a satanic looking mask with horns. The Italy villain in this video on the other hand looks cool as fuck, while the one in the other video is just a lame evil Pope.
A lot these guys could just as easily be heroes. Video game developers and production designers are gonna have a field day with this technology. Bulgaria looks like a fusion of Luthor and Dr. Doom
Yemen literally looked a few days from death...much like the nation itself. And Russia was the epitome of evil and genocide which again was accurate to a fault.
Damn man. I love this. Russia's is death himself. Many of these guys look like misunderstood protectors instead of villains. And some of the smaller countries have the best looking ones.
I think the Romanian Joker should've had more vampire vibes... after all that's the vampires' birthplace. Still, nice connection with the Hungarian Batman, knowing the history of these two countries.
As an Australian, the reptilian villain felt very fitting, alongside the red dust storm covering the city, like a post-apocalyptic country as the desert outback takes over

I like the diversity of villains, some like monsters, some like psychos, some like tyrants, some like evil and some looks just as good guys having a rough time
As a Guatemalan, I approved that our villan is a Predator. Without a doubt, in this timeline, he survived the first movie and continues his hunting season!
Wow. I've never felt represented by a supervillain, or super anything really. Getting your own set of culturally inspired villains is quite wonderful, I must admit

I like to think these are like evil Hetalia characters. In the post apocalypse, demonic personifications of the evils committed by every nation lord over what remains of human technology with an iron fist and wage bloody wars over the few untainted resources.
I am Indonesian and I approve the goblin-like villain of my country. He looks cold, sneaky, and evil with a touch of backstabbing patience. Great art and AI.
Love the way you depicted the United States like a two faced character. The country of two sides constantly at odds with itself. A split personality indeed.
It's not two-faced, it's not at odds with itself, its one-faced and that one face shows complete and utter disdain and hatred for the people of the USA.
Some of these would make really awesome pairings. Greece vs Sri Lanka- a throwdown between Gods. Ireland vs New Zealand look like avatars of the lands themselves. Andorra vs Monaco- those 2 look really crafty. Thought provoking art.
Those are usually the scariest villians - they might not be as impressive or powerful as others one-on-one, but chances are they've got one helluva squad backing them up due to their money, connections and charisma.
I love how the African villains were created to look like as though their powers would be spiritually based: like ability to conjure the dead, voodoo, and just straight up juju wizardry
Except for the Togolese villain who looks more like a brawler. 14:28 And Cote d'ivoire looks more like a tyrant. 3:17 And Namibia is a giant. 9:55 And Congo is literally a beast. 3:42 And Mozambique is either a "predator/cyborg" type or "weapons expert" type. 9:43

The villain from the Vatican City is definitely the head villain. He’s using the other villains lust for money and power to carry out his secret plan to ruler of the universe and collector of souls. 😂
The Ireland villain being comprised of gemstones gives me the feeling that he'd tear up the land itself to beat any enemies off the Isle. Very fitting to give him those "Earth" elemental powers and appearance.
I love how for some you can almost feel their backstory from a single picture. Like Andorra feels like a former hero so jaded and traumatized, he became a villain over time, still wearing his former hero costume.

Come on guys, you know he's a polite supervillain. Sure he'll conquer your country, but he'll apologize for doing it, because he was given no other choice eh.
It’s actually scary as hell that an AI is already capable of making all this in a few minutes from what would normally take a person weeks. Still impressive.
Dude, weeks? A talented artist who makes detailed and realistic (or surreal) paintings probably spends anywhere from 1-5 months on a painting. To create over 100 different highly detailed paintings would be DECADES AND DECADES of work.
@@mononoaware8529 It wouldn't take decades lol ... there used to be animators that would draw thousands of pages a week dude . There are artist put there would blow your mind with there skills and speed
@@bltn7469 At that level of detail yes it would take years to make literally 100s of highly detailed intricate oil paintings in a photorealism style. Yes there are super talented people and yes some of them are very fast the fast ones use style and brushstroke, but the level of detail in this video to be painted just can't be rushed. To look that real and the details that small done with paints take hundreds of hours!!! I say this as a lifelong oil painter myself it's just not possible to get that level of realism in less than like a at least a few hundred hours which itself is a few months of full time work
@@mononoaware8529 Well I would have to disagree. I'm not sure what you mean when you say " with that level of realism and detail " . There cartoons and we have programs on pc that artist use that mimic painting and oil paintings for example this AI is mimicking these exact programs. Artist have pipelines and work flows on computer that allow them to pump out massive amounts of high quality work , very quick. I can't believe you think it would take DECADES for someone to draw 100 pictures. It's just absurd .....
@@bltn7469 Well I have studied art at university and have taken at least 3 university level Art History courses and I can tell you that do this BY HAND (I am not counting computer programs because we know AI can do this quickly) it would take probably dozens of hours at minimum to conceptualize and paint one of these pieces at that level of detail that the computer can do (photorealism). There's just a lot to consider, these are not simple portraits because the backgrounds are also rendered out. The Mona Lisa took 16 years to complete!!! And it's small. Photorealism is HARD. The average rennaissane painter could complete one piece every 2-4 years! Masterpieces take TIME! These are NOT cartoons. Almost nobody still makes paintings realistic by hand anymore because it takes so long to do without computers. So these may be over the top in terms of design but they are pretty realistic in style. Modern photorealism artists will sometimes spend an entire year on a piece to get it done. These maybe don't look that insane but at the very least it will take dozens of hours. There is a HUGE difference in the amount of work required for true photorealism vs. something stylized and painterly. A series of well over 100 stylized hyperrealistic portraits is like a life's work for an artist. That is a lot of these portraits.
The African Villain League would be so terrifying. They have a perfect mix of beasts, warriors, wizards and manipulators. The other continents tend to have similar characteristic, like in Europe, most are superhumans or emperors.

And it would all revolve around the uneasy truce between nations about not openly engaging each other, but there is obviously a vast network of subterfuge and treachery going on behind the scenes. As a Chilean, I liked the design of the villain from my country, it is clearly inspired by the costumes of the Tirana festival in northern Chile and on the chest you can see the 8-pointed star that has great spiritual value for the indigenous people of the south From Chile (mapuche). He actually seems more of an antihero like deadpool instead of a villain
Yes, agree, but is kind of creepy the face of my country, don't you think?. Why IA put that face, maybe represent the political corruption or manipulation of the people behind the national TV and the big companies who earn a lot of money without putting this money for the people.
Like the suit is representative of the cultures and values, but the twisted face resemblances a broken country, a torn sight of the hero, maybe he will fight for the wrong people and it will tear him up, showing that heroism, did that to him, and then he will showcase his real power...for once and for all
He is an alien that was found in the mountains after many centuries of hibernation. He was told by their "saviors" that he have to help them to restore the peace in the country, fighting and making dissapear the Undesirables. Just now he learnead that, and is not happy.
I love how most of these range from "intimidating" to "completely terrifying" and then there's Andorra who looks like the joke character none of the others take seriously, and Rwanda who looks like he's has serious regrets about associating with these psychos.
Honestly bro... This could become an incredible story. Each villain normally has an intense back story and they have some people that love them also. It could have dark sides, but also courageous and inspirational stuff... An epic tale to give the citizens of the world renewed Hope for the Time ahead. ❤❤❤
Great idea. Someone should create it. Start with the first country and give a back story and maybe who their alliance is with or not. It could be a world of supervillains and superheroes, all with their own unique powers and disadvantages.
@@felaforever Honestly, I was thinking if we had access to the original prompts, we could feed the descriptions of each villain into chat GPT and create an epic backstory for each, telling gpt to make them all have unique aspects to their background. from there we could further flesh out a story and use it to generate more prompts, as AI gets better. something like this could quickly be turned into a comic book by like 10 dedicated promoters and a solid workflow, eventually even an animation! XD the future is great lads!
As an Italian i was quite surprised! Our villain looks like it's ready to put an end to all the stupid political conflicts and become the only ruler of all Italy, with his own set of rules. If you're not going to respect them, he will punish you accordingly. He got a mask so his identity will never be know and he will be a simbol of terror. Kinda like V for Vendetta, but with bad intentions. Something like that 😂
As a non-Italian it made me think 'Is this what would've happened if Mussolini hadn't been deposed and instead each generation of his successors became increasingly edgy?'
Turkey has handsome men apparently. Like the fire fighter who rescued a kitten from earthquake rubble. Every woman was fawning after him in the comments
It is insanely good ! To think that every character has some traits from its national flag, culture, famous landmarks and historical tone is a true demonstration on how sophisticated this algorithm is at this point. It is not simply drawing, it is conceptually transform multi-factors into a masterpiece.
Everyone was thinking the same. It's crazy how most some of the European ones looked like typical fascist characters, except Germany. Really impressive that the AI just kinda avoided doing the same with Germany lol.

Like the suit is representative of the cultures and values, but the twisted face resemblances a broken country, a torn sight of the hero, maybe he will fight for the wrong people and it will tear him up, showing that heroism, did that to him, and then he will showcase his real power...for once and for all
For me it looks like Spawn
Looks like batman mutated into a fish
He is an alien that was found in the mountains after many centuries of hibernation. He was told by their "saviors" that he have to help them to restore the peace in the country, fighting and making dissapear the Undesirables. Now, after many years, he have seen the truth, that he was manipulated to be a weapon, used and abused by the powers that be; he wasn't a hero, he wasn't a savior, he always was the bogeyman. Just now he learnead that, and is not happy.
I love how most of these range from "intimidating" to "completely terrifying" and then there's Andorra who looks like the joke character none of the others take seriously, and Rwanda who looks like he's has serious regrets about associating with these psychos.
Georgia looks pretty...
Rwanda is not committed 😂
We all know Rwanda’s origin story and it makes sense how sad he looks 😢
Andorra reminds me of homelander
Andorra looks like the kinda character everyone thinks of as a joke but then they pull a Homelander and everyone realizes how terrified they should be
I have never heard of some of these countries. Thank you for the geography lesson.
Honestly bro... This could become an incredible story. Each villain normally has an intense back story and they have some people that love them also. Dude, you could create a really Amazing story based on each country's ancient and modern history combined. I love this so much...
@@donkisiko That's a Brilliant idea! Let the AI help create an amazing story from a different point of view ... Should be super interesting 💡
This would've been a great fighting game.
Like STF Or TEKKEN not to bite or underplay styles.
@@AJ-kt5zo I was thinking the same it was giving me Tekken and Street Fighter vibes
Yeah it would be really great I hope someone will make a game like that title being like country wars
@@ranfosu9138 I like that country wars
Yeah like lex luthor in DC comics
As an Italian i was quite surprised!
Our villain looks like it's ready to put an end to all the stupid political conflicts and become the only ruler of all Italy, with his own set of rules.
If you're not going to respect them, he will punish you accordingly.
He got a mask so his identity will never be know and he will be a simbol of terror.
Kinda like V for Vendetta, but with bad intentions.
Something like that 😂
He looks terrifying, but also stylish. One of the best in the video.
Like the Machiavellian Type, plotting to get to power.
As a non-Italian it made me think 'Is this what would've happened if Mussolini hadn't been deposed and instead each generation of his successors became increasingly edgy?'
He just looks like a real world terrorist. I like it.
Honestly, as an Italian, I found it quite accurate.
Wow, this is just amazing...
Turkish supervillain being some random handsome man killed me
hahahahahahahahah
He has some serious Kenan Imirzalioglu vibes there
I agree. He is random handsome Turkish man. But he looks very smart.
Turkey has handsome men apparently. Like the fire fighter who rescued a kitten from earthquake rubble. Every woman was fawning after him in the comments
kabadayı aga
It is insanely good ! To think that every character has some traits from its national flag, culture, famous landmarks and historical tone is a true demonstration on how sophisticated this algorithm is at this point. It is not simply drawing, it is conceptually transform multi-factors into a masterpiece.

Except Turkey lol
Except DR 😅. But we take it 🤷
They put Toni star for turkey lol .
As an Italian I love how our villain ( 6:48 ) is both stylish and menacing! 😂
Gotta scare them heroes with style
Just looks like a fascist with a mask
Rappresentano il parlamentare medio, il villain per eccellenza xd
He’s a descendent of the Savoia family, he took the nation all by himself
He looked like a quick and precise fighter. A ninja per say.
11:47 as a Russian i think my villain is misrepresented. Looking like homeless, rather than a villain.
Iraq is literally Scorpion from Mortal Combat 6:35
and Kosovo is literally Sub Zero 7:25
As a very proud Zimbabwean 🇿🇼, l love our depiction of our supervillain 👍, AI definitely picks up our pulse, we are a resilient Nation ✊
Yes Zimbabwe had a very cool costume
He has like 7 fingers on each hand
who do you think he looks like though?lol
@@wealthdomain085 well, l will say he definitely looks like the villainous Zimbo who will not take any insult on us lightly😁
@@tendairobsonchiwara7443 well put my guy...he who must not be named lol
Yall dont wanna know what I was expecting to see for germany☠
We want him back :(
@@blockchaining No we don't
@@blockchaining you can go visit him in hell if you want 😀
Everyone was thinking the same. It's crazy how most some of the European ones looked like typical fascist characters, except Germany. Really impressive that the AI just kinda avoided doing the same with Germany lol.
You mean Austria
