In USA 2023 i cut out my 5 long pants to make shorts. I don't need to spend money on shorts. Even shorts were expensive. I didn't found shorts that fits me. I saved money. My long pants were short, I made half pants by cutting at home. It's expensive to sew so no need to sew. I don't care about what other people thinks of me wearing cut half pants. It's better to cut pants & wear rather than throwing garbage pants which are short, old. My half pants which i cut will fit me for 10-12 years even if I get bigger, taller.
