@jjjjjjj3886, you're not meant to like her. That's one of the themes of the book, how propaganda can make an unlikeable person into a hero. Katniss never had any real power, she was manipulated and controlled through most of the series. This moment right here is one of the few where she has some self determination.
You can see that Show was proud of Katniss. Even though they were enemies, he admired her and knew that she never makes mistakes, no one knew Katness as well as Snow. I think under other circumstances they would have gotten along well together.
No offense whatsoever I see your point-but regardless what Katniss did in that scene, I do think Snow absolutely hates Katniss-for many things, ruining his life, being too much like Lucy Gray, just the fact that she couldn't be controlled and she did what she wanted. He just found that as her final act of rebellion and almost found her amusing at the end. I think he is just a completely terrible human being, and he would not get along with Katniss at all. Okay so if you wanna watch the film later you might wanna avoid this but since you asking here i am Katnis (the woman with the bow) fought a long political and military battle against Snow (the man who laughs). However, there was one thing Snow said to Katniss: they promised not to lie to each other, and Snow kept his word. In reality, Snow was undoubtedly the villain and had been openly so all along.
