    I have an H7 Flow case I just bought as the start of building my own pc and was wondering if this N7 Z790 Motherboard will fit the case? I seen on NZXT's website that the RAM accepted is DDR5 at speeds of 6000MHZ and up to 128GB of memory, have you been able to confirm which DDR5 brand works best under 128GB? I'm also looking to make mine with RGB lighting and was looking at the Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 64gb ddr5 6000mhz c40 RAM but getting 2 sets of these cards to max out my RAM at 128gb. I have a Razer Tomahawk Gaming Desktop that I maxed out with 64GB of RAM it can barely handle my 4k 60Fps Content that I make even with my Invidia GeForce RTX-3080 FE Graphics Card. So I figured I try something with more power.

      I'm using this in the H7 Flow in a build soon, it fits no problem. In terms of 128gb memory, G-skill, Corsair and Kingston are all quality, you shouldn't have any issues.

    • @jordanash
      @jordanash  10 месяцев назад +1

      Oh, I usually mention speeds, sorry. Try googling for that. You'll likely need to update the bios as these came out for 13th gen, but *sometimes* you can use a new CPU and the board recognises it as a different SKU, so it allows you to update without the need for an old CPU.

      Yeah it would need a flash if the factory haven't done it. They will all have updates in time, but depending where you get the board it might have been sat for a while. Details of what to do are here, I expect you can use the 14th Gen CPU to do it, it just might register as a different SKU until the update is complete. - support.nzxt.com/hc/en-us/articles/11652846587803-Updating-your-NZXT-Motherboard-BIOS

      Sprawę naświetliła redakcja TechPowerUp, która testowała płyty główne Intel z chipsetem 700. W niektórych, lepszych modelach zastosowano nowy kontroler sieciowy Intel I226-V (to szybka karta sieciowa 2.5G LAN).
      Zastosowany kontroler ma problemy ze stabilnością połączenia sieciowego - chodzi o chwilowe, kilkusekundowe spadki szybkości połączenia. W większości przypadków taka usterka będzie niezauważalna, ale w zastosowaniach wymagających stabilnego połączenia (np. gry sieciowe, wideokonferencje, pulpit zdalny) już może powodować irytację.

      On the technical support forums, since December, there have been posts in which users do not hide their indignation with the problems with the "network". I've used the z370, and z490 versions of these boards, and its the same shortcomings/cut corners to keep the price down on an overpriced board. Its obvious that most of the budget goes into the armor, but at the same time, you'd think that the fact they've been doing this since 9th gen intel, they would have found a way to make that cheaper through the revisions. It's disheartening to see yet another year of lackluster rear IO, no dual 8-pin CPU power, or PCIE gen 5 m.2 support. The boards look good, but yet again, there is no reason whatsoever to get this board outside of looks as it's more akin to a b660 or b760 board because it doesn't utilize the features afforded to it by the CPU you would expect to be dropping into it at this price. I thought the z590 board was actually a step in the right direction fixing my biggest grip about the rear IO by having a similar amount to its competitors, but when z690 rolled around they undid it.

      It's strange as the B650E has a Gen 5 M.2 slot, yet this which is the highest chipset for Intel doesn't, very weird. I expect the price of this will drop pretty quickly though to allow for the features this is missing.

      Are you referring to the Hdmi on the rear I/O? You plug monitors into a graphics card not the motherboard... It's mainly used for troubleshooting
