Your videos have been so helpful to me. I just made a fully lined a-line skirt with back zipper for my first client! I was so excited I forgot to take pictures. I made my own pattern and it fit her perfectly. Thank you sooo much for these great videos. I now have the skills and confidence to create and sew my own designs. Stay well. Thanks again. Blessings...
THANK YOU!!!! This one straight stitch at the connection of the scallops saved my dress!!! I gave up last night and went to bed very discouraged with the limited instructions from the pattern company. The scallops did not have the proper professional appearance I was seeking. I awoke this morning and found your video. It looks beautiful now. So grateful for this precise technical tip.
Thank you so much and well done. It's always nice to hear how creative skills are being developed into own designs. Good luck with all of your future ambitions.
tried doing this once and it was a huge disaster so i never tried it again after that. thanks to your video, i'm gonna try it again and get it right. So thanks for the headsup
May I ask a question, this is perhaps silly, but....why does everyone cut their interfacing out perfectly and then try to line it up perfectly? I tend to just take a square (or whatever shape is close to what I'm doing), iron it on, and then trim to match the fabric after I've applied it.... thoughts???
