They make a touch screen head unit that going exactly where the factory stereo is and still looks way more like factory than this set up.

Would the 9 have full show of the vents or would the 7 be better, this seems like the solution I’ve been looking for I have an 03 same car so all the controls for climate in the factory double din. But I want it to be more subtle than the 11” and not obscure much of anything. Also does this replace the 6disc changer?( I never use cds so I don’t mind)

I have LS 430 2001 the sound system suck.
Need upgrade but no money.

A correct installation is the key number one, you don't need expensive equipment to have a great sound system.
