I phoned Britannia hotels today to book a 5 day stay in August at the grand in Scarborough and the lady on the phone couldn’t be more helpful to me she even phoned the hotel for me to make sure they had a room with a walk in shower before she booked it I stayed there last August and what people say about the hotel is untrue my room was clean and tidy and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and went out of there way to help if you needed it
