The problem with the update is that it removed poses that weren’t even inappropriate, words were censored that didn’t need censoring (ex. Sick), and the update didn’t even help.

Gacha tiktok disgusts me. I saw a video where they said "pets for sale", therefore,"selling" ocs to other people's ocs. Usually I would scroll by, but it said one "pet for sale" was pregnant. I have one story about the problem: one time when I was 9, I went to my aunt's house for a sleepover with my cousin, my cousin at the time was 8. So me and my cousin were watching gacha vids in her room because we were both really into gacha life at the time. So we were just looking for a vid to watch until we finally found one. So we clicked on it and once the vid was done............ it made me want to stop watching gacha vids entirely. It was so inappropriate and we didn't know that it was going to be like that

I would like to add some more information to this. I know for a fact that many other editors have tried to get into contact with Luni about this issue, and have all gotten some response along the lines of “we need to ignore these posts”. I feel that Luni, as the creator of the gacha community, should take more responsibility. If the members of HIS community are messaging him about their concerns, he should listen. I contacted Luni a while ago on instagram, giving him suggestions about a few things he should do to improve the game, and to stop allowing people to sexualise the game. He replied with: “We do not condone or approve of any of these posts, but sadly we can’t control what’s on the internet! We have to focus on the good parts & ignore those inappropriate posts so hopefully they will stop!” Ignoring it does nothing. If authorities were to ignore crimes the whole world would be an absolute mess. That is exactly what has happened to the community. Sweeping it under the rug doesn’t fix anything, it just gives the impression that it’s okay.
Sorta the same thing happened to me in real life with my friend I tried telling him that I don’t feel like I’m his friend anymore now like more than 6 times. First shot: Absolute shock when I gave the note on paper. Then told me not to worry!. Second shot:Also tried messaging,replied it’s okay now just trust me.(which SPOILER ALERT! It was not!). Third shot: I asked him if we could talk either told me to message him,don’t worry and basically ignored!.Then all of the above happened the last time I did that. And I just asked him(politely)if we could start over after winter break,now I’m just hoping he won’t ignore like it’s nothing for him so it’s not a problem for me either.

The gacha community is kind of recognised for "that" section of the community, while gacha tubers who don't make that content can be mistaken as dirty before people actually watch them and actually enjoy their NOT dirty content (e.g. channels that have a small following ,channels that have a big following, people that take their time, people who just want to entertain for fun) . I'm not proud of my community for the disgusting content, im only proud of the good and clean content that people make because they want to entertain/they enjoy it. Luni does need to fix this a bit more.
It’s because of how much attention it gets. If you look up Gacha NSFW you’ll see videos with thousands of views. Not necessarily because people actually want to watch it but because people comment things like “oMG sAve ThE gAChA CoMMuNITy!” If we all pretended like they didn’t exist and simply just report them we wouldn’t see as much of it. As a person who plays gacha, I pretty much agree to this. I just wish the skin color top option wasn't removed for the MALES only, so we could at least have the freedom to make more realistic scenes with male characters swimming, or sleeping. It's very questionable that the feature was as well enabled for the females, and what's worse is that we could also enable it on the pants. On my side of the story tho, I have a cousin who does gacha heat, and she's just a 6 year old. I repeat, A SIX YEAR OLD. I'm pretty sure that she doesn't know what she's doing, but I'll really feel bad once her parents finds this "content" she's doing. And tbh, Luni has dragged himself onto this mess.

I have one story about the problem: one time when I was 9, I went to my aunt's house for a sleepover with my cousin, my cousin at the time was 8. So me and my cousin were watching gacha vids in her room because we were both really into gacha life at the time. So we were just looking for a vid to watch until we finally found one. So we clicked on it and once the vid was done............ it made me want to stop watching gacha vids entirely. It was so inappropriate and we didn't know that it was going to be like that

I would like to add some more information to this. I know for a fact that many other editors have tried to get into contact with Luni about this issue, and have all gotten some response along the lines of “we need to ignore these posts”. I feel that Luni, as the creator of the gacha community, should take more responsibility. If the members of HIS community are messaging him about their concerns, he should listen.
I contacted Luni a while ago on instagram, giving him suggestions about a few things he should do to improve the game, and to stop allowing people to sexualise the game. He replied with:
“We do not condone or approve of any of these posts, but sadly we can’t control what’s on the internet! We have to focus on the good parts & ignore those inappropriate posts so hopefully they will stop!”
Ignoring it does nothing. If authorities were to ignore crimes the whole world would be an absolute mess. That is exactly what has happened to the community. Sweeping it under the rug doesn’t fix anything, it just gives the impression that it’s okay.

First shot: Absolute shock when I gave the note on paper. Then told me not to worry!.

Sixth shot(recent): Just told him again in more simple words and asked me why I took FRICKIN 3 months to tell him(LIKE MY ANGRY SIDE OF THE PROBLEM WAS READY YELL AT HIM THAT ITS HIS FRICKIN FAULT!!) And I just asked him(politely)if we could start over after winter break,now I’m just hoping he won’t ignore like it’s nothing for him so it’s not a problem for me either.

The gacha community is kind of recognised for "that" section of the community, while gacha tubers who don't make that content can be mistaken as dirty before people actually watch them and actually enjoy their NOT dirty content (e.g. channels that have a small following ,channels that have a big following, people that take their time, people who just want to entertain for fun) . I'm not proud of my community for the disgusting content, im only proud of the good and clean content that people make because they want to entertain/they enjoy it. It’s because of how much attention it gets. If you look up Gacha NSFW you’ll see videos with thousands of views. Not necessarily because people actually want to watch it but because people comment things like “oMG sAve ThE gAChA CoMMuNITy!” If we all pretended like they didn’t exist and simply just report them we wouldn’t see as much of it. As a person who plays gacha, I pretty much agree to this. I just wish the skin color top option wasn't removed for the MALES only, so we could at least have the freedom to make more realistic scenes with male characters swimming, or sleeping. It's very questionable that the feature was as well enabled for the females, and what's worse is that we could also enable it on the pants. On my side of the story tho, I have a cousin who does gacha heat, and she's just a 6 year old. I repeat, A SIX YEAR OLD. I'm pretty sure that she doesn't know what she's doing, but I'll really feel bad once her parents finds this "content" she's doing. And tbh, Luni has dragged himself onto this mess.

My 9 year old cousin is a mess. I am pretty mature for my age already, but if I hear “thats gay” or another offensive joke come from her mouth because of this community I might need to have an intervention. If this app is meant for children why is it not censored in any way? And why is alright for 12 year olds to make “Abusive Boyfriend” or “Hot Lesbian Love Story” (yes i’ve seen my cousin watch these) videos, but if I make an OC x Canon animation I’M THE DISGUSTING ONE?!
