The Proleague originally had a 2v2 in every match. The rule was just that you couldn't have two of the same race on your team, so it was always either T/Z or P/Z (T/P was virtually never used). They did away with it in 2008, I think, and to my knowledge, every other major league or tournament has exclusively been 1v1.
Astl has team games, teams of 8 or so players will send out 1v1 matches but they also will play some 2v2 or 3v3. Saiyansc casted them in the past but I think they’re mainly in korean.
It would be soooo amazing for the BW scene to get some foreign competition. But the level of play and experience pool the Koreans have, it seems highly improbable. These types of tourneys are sick because they also give the Chinese more practice opportunities.
It's not reflux. He eats before casting and burps. A lot of professional speakers make the same mistake. Don't eat a full meal before you have to publicly speak.
China had 1 BILLION+ ppl while South Korea has just shy above 50 million. Insane they can't break through, not just SC but most games Koreans are better!
The gaming culture is completely different. Most people in China don't give a fudge about BW, while in Korea it's still one of the biggest streamed games (I've had many Chinese and Korean friends, and not a single Chinese heard of BW while every Korean has at least heard of it). Even for a game like League, the top player is known literally by every Korean, young and old. Korean celebrities get autographs of pro gamers; the pro gaming scene in Korea is ahead of the world by ~15 years. It's a very unfair comparison for a number of reasons, just some of which were listed. The fact that the Chinese players are as good as they are, without much of a monetary or social incentive to do so, speaks volumes to how good these guys actually are and their dedication to a seemingly obscure game.

That was a fun game. Good cast.
Wow, that did not look like a foreigner vs a Korean. That looked like a noob stomp.
Everytime i see muta harrassement I feel it deep inside me. The rage, the anger. Hatred fueling my vein
11:25 'finishinnnnnnnnng' needs to become a 'bug him on the stream' soundbyte
