Amazing Ridgeline riding plus a Technical Descent. An AMAZING loop! Thunder MTN to Horse Canyon.

I would recommend completing this loop starting at the horse canyon parking lot, riding up the jeep road that parallels hwy 88 and then starting from the thunder mountain parking area up to the top and then descending the horse canyon trail.

@@tahoemountainlife It was great, but also humbled me and reminded me harshly that I am a beginner. Need to rebuild my confidence on the bike trails again... build me back up.

🐎 trail doesn't look like a bike trail😂. I mountain biked for the 1st time in years at Mammoth on Sunday. It was fun but alot of work. I only rode the lift 6 times all day ... I'll stick with ⛷️.

Nice one! I still need to bring my bike down to mammoth. This trail is dual use but for sure the horse canyon trail definitely was build for hikers.
