I never realized Green Grove Act 1 is an adapted instrumental version of It Doesn't Really Matter by TJ Davis, who sang the tunes in Sonic R around this time.
Other way around. It Doesn't Really Matter was recorded for Metropolitan Street Racer, a Dreamcast game released in 2000. Richard Jacques, the composer of Sonic 3D Blast (Saturn) wrote the instrumental for it, and incorporated Green Grove Act 1's melody into the vocal melody of the MSR track.
Side note: The Spring Stadium Act 1 segment originally had a clip with Tom and Jerry playing piano. But that clip got the video restricted in all territories thanks to WB being a d*ck. So I had to replace it with the Big movie clip. Hope you enjoy it either way.
Gene Gadget Acts 1 (14:16) and 2 (16:37) sound like something you would hear out of Sonic CD. Act 1 sounds like a Good Future, while Act 2 sounds like a Bad Future.

Honestly, This OST is pretty underrated. Say all you want about the Genesis version being better, (Which I also like it btw) but the Saturn OST needs some love as well.
Though I'm one of those people who prefer the Genesis OST overall, I do agree since some of the Saturn tracks are either equal to or better than their Genesis counterparts (Examples: Panic Puppet act 1 and Special Stage)

Sonic speed simulator uses a remix of this title screen, which this remix they used in sss came from generations
