The thing is Morissette, when she does her whistles, she goes to fast with them. She pushes to much pressure and tries forcing more power into her whistles. But to me it’s like she’s rushing and trying to hard which I don’t like. It’s more for the fans and people then what she’s trying to sing out of her heart if you guys know what I mean. But there’s a tone in Mariah’s voice that nobody will ever have, and still people don’t have what Mariah had. Mariah has this perfection, buttery, pure, caramel galaxy whistle tone that can make you day dream all day long and take you to heaven. There so fragile and soft and Mariah takes her time with them. She doesn’t force them she sings it from her heart. Listen to some of her whistles and I swear it will take you to heaven. She can do so much with her whistles to. She sounds like a bird, she can chirp, stay in the whistle register while speaking and saying words, she can stay in a whistle register and move too different keys while still staying in that register, it can be high, low, airy, and gentle. She is one person that nobody can beat when it comes to them and it’s the truth! She’s the supreme bird for crying out loud. She’s the number 1 goddess when it comes to whistles, and that’s why I love Mariah with all my heart because she’s a big inspiration me and much other people as well.
This is just my opinion, but Mariah wins. Mariah has mastered something that Morissette hasn't quite gotten down yet, though she is the closest out of the Filipino whistle register singers to getting it down, which is being able to effortlessly change the texture of her whistles.

Both have great whistle register. Mariah has that whisper effect which makes her whistles sound sweet and lovely, while Morissette's whistle register sounds piercing and almost sounds like a phoenix! That's why Morissette is called "Asia's Phoenix"! I personally prefer Mariah's whisper effect sound but technically both of their whistles are amazing. But Mariah has better low notes, agility (melisma), and supported belts. So overall Mariah is the better vocalist. Also Mairah WROTE her own songs unlike Morissette.

Mariah on the hand, stays in the correct key with perfect pitch. Clearly, Morisette was greatly influenced by Mariah, so you can't really compare them since Mori will always be in the different league to Mariah. Mori is yet to develop her own style by utilizing what she has in her voice. :)
