How to do ballscrew pitch calculation with fanuc parameter

  • Hello friends in this video we have explained that how we can Replace a different pitch ball screw for machine axis. Sometime machine having non Standard ball screw which is different from the standard ball screw. So in that case we have to change machine parameters so that the ball is true movement will be same as per the given command. In this video we have explained the parameters and calculations related to fanuc.

    One question from my side how to correct ball screw humming noise...and how to correct backlash in HMC machine x,y,and b axis

      There is a parameter for backlash 1851 and 1852 in fanuc control. Humming noise generally came from motor for that you have to get gain value.if sound is from ballscrew than may be it is coming due to ballscrew nut having play

      Reference counter 10000 hai aur pulse / revolution 1000000 hai toh decide karenge toh 1/100 aayega aur uper aur niche ka value 2084 aur 2085 mai dalenge

    my parameters: screw pitch - 4mm, 1821-8000, 2084-1, 2085-200. This doesn't match your calculations :-( what should I do if I change the screw pitch to 5mm?

    Sir, Detaection unit kyse pata kare?? Mere pass 16 mm pitch ka ballscrew h to 1821 me 16000, 2084 me 2 and 2085 me 125 put kia to axis jada speed me vaag raha h..to sir iska reason
