That was literally my first ride on El Toro sitting infront of Sarah in this POV. Honored to have ridden it for the first time with you guys! Quite funny how I said it's probably not my number 1 and Iron Gwazi might be, and the dude infront of you guys on the next ride asked if that's another ride in the park. "Is Iron Gwazi at Six Flags Great Adventure?" would make a great GP Quora question.
Bruh, there wasn’t anyone in front of Sarah… there was someone in the seat next to them
@@matthewrobison6931 had to be there I guess.
Never seen her so excited on any ride!! She made my day!!
Sarah truly is in her happy place and that makes me so happy to see!!!
I feel happy for both of you, especially for sarah who got to ride her all time favorite ride right after it has been improved. This video really make me want to take a ride on the intamin prefab in my home park

love this ride that last ejector hill is probably one of the most intense Ive ever felt on any rollercoaster so sad its had another incident again
It’s 100% back in it’s best form!!
please keep doing these on-ride reactions they're awesome
I rode this for the first time over the summer. I was initially scared because of the two accidents that happened in the previous years. But as soon as the train crested the first drop, my worries were replaced by shear bliss and I understood why this roller coaster is praised so much. It is a wooden coaster that punches above its weight.
It’s very weighty so you’d be correct.
It is just so incredibly intense and it never lets up. Hopefully it will be reopening soon.
I remember riding it one day twice and saying to someone how shaky it had felt on the 2nd ride. The next day it shut down due to injuries. I wish i had said something but i doubt anything would’ve been done had i
@@seandillon1359 It is a wooden coaster. It is supposed to be a little bumpy and shaky. So I wouldn't be sure there was any relation to what you experienced. It may have felt different the second time due to where you were sitting.
So glad to see El Toro is operating again and running better than ever after the derailment last summer! Can't wait to ride it this summer when I go to Great Adventure! And yes it's my favorite wooden coaster!
Yaaay, great to see El Toro back in action!
So SO glad this is back open. This is easily my favorite coaster at Great Adventure, and one of my top ever for sure.
I went on El Toro for the first time this year and… I LOVE IT! 😍 My favorite in the park for sure!
So jealous! There is NOTHING like the back row on El Toro, also my favorite coaster of all time as well. That first drop is just kisses from roller coaster heaven!
It is awesome that this made Sarah love coasters, considering T-Express is the same for me!
the way sarah is screaming 😂
I'm glad to finally see a Taylor El Toro reaction.
Aw you both look so happy! Makes me wish I was on a coaster right now 😁
Sarah looks so happy on this ride omg 😂
You can’t argue with greatness.
That rolling thunder hill gets me every time
This is an awesome coaster. I was thrown off mentally as I grabbed the handle bar on first drop. I was lifting out of my seat as we flew down the 176 drop. I laughed next and was like this is crazy and fun.
10/ 10.
be going here for my first time in the next week or two! Super excited to ride this legendary beast!
got to ride it tuesday for the first time since last may and it’s running great. i rode it early in the day and later and the second ride it was noticeably faster. it’s such an amazing ride
Your happiness is so contagious! 😀
Haha it’s awesome seeing you two cuties having such a blast on that coaster 🤣. And damn that lift hill is so fast lol love i! Excellent editing once again guys!
Need to get back on this thing this year! What a ride
El Toro really is a beast. There is just nothing I can compare it to. It's not the trick machine that an RMC is, but it's so much more than just your average wooden coaster. The way it throws you down the hill in the back row is top tier.
Now that's a roller coaster,back seat too!
Love it, great ride.
My personal favorite absolutely incredible
I finally rode El Toro a week ago and I had no Idea something made of wood could be that intense currently tied with Sky Rush as my number 1
El Toro was the roller coaster that legitimately made me go from passive fan to addict!
Tha Queen is back!!!
It looks insane
I’m so excited to ride it this summer!!!!!
Great Video I Love This Roller Coaster
My favorite part is the way it snakes right left and right near the end. It's like cornering on a motorcycle.
Oh my gosh that ride looks like so much fun 😊
Hey thanks for the like I really appreciate it stay safe.
glad i’ve gotten to do this twice
The return of the king
I’m going to SFGAdv in the summer for the first time and I’m so excited to ride this

this is my home park , im so ready to ride this again
Omg a reaction to a ride they’ve ridden hundreds of times 😱
Best coaster ever made
Riding this for first time in June , BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!
This got me thinking… an on ride reaction of a ride like x2 would be awesome!
Rode this for the first time this week 😁 a few rough spots but definitely lives up to the hype!
Im so excited to go to this park in June
I went on this for the first time yesterday, and it is easily my number one! The airtime is so sustained and the first drop is incredible.
Easily my favorite first drop on any coaster. It’s like diving into an abyss of wood
@@sprawlz6466 The wood just keeps folding under you... and the fact that you start gaining speed halfway through the turnaround in the back is amazing.
@@sprawlz6466 quick question this ride looks so fun but the one thing that’s holding me back is the drop do you feel it? feel free to respond
@@lilbabytech oh my god yes, you absolutely feel it. I won't lie to you, it's the craziest first drop I've ever ridden. You would literally be catapulted out of your seat if there was no lap restraint holding you in. All the hill are like that too. It's a powerful ride man. I say go for it even if you're nervous because very few rides on the planet are this special. Just close your eyes lol, that used to help me when I was nervous on big rides. You can at least say you did it and you never have to go near the thing again if it's too much. And I promise you'll make it off the ride completely unharmed
@@sprawlz6466 wow thanks for your response now just to confirm I went on riptide at universal is this the same thing because when I went on riptide I did not feel the drop or does that mean I love the drop feeling?
I’m really lucky that GA is my home park. I can’t wait to get back on the bull this season!
That was my favorite ride!
I finally rode this for the first time a few days ago. got 11 rides in total, 6 back to back without having to leave the station. the airtime definitely lived up to the hype. I damn near got standing airtime on the first 2 camelbacks and the rolling thunder hill! a big complaint for me is that the ride ops were stapling every time, making my first ride was extremely painful. I had to purposely scoot forward or push my belly out when the ride ops were checking my restraint just so that I could get some room. I will have to disagree with Sarah on one thing, the experience between wheel seat and non wheel seat is night and day. every time I sat in a wheel seat it was extremely rough. I purposely lined up for the middle row of each car for a much smoother experience. anyways, awesome ride!
Earlier today I met up with Taylor and sarah at Busch gardens Williamsburg. Was awesome to see them! 🤩
Yes!!
Find someone that looks at you like Sarah looks at El Toro.
El Toro is awesome
geat to see one of my fav rides back in action will definetly make a pilgramige for her soon
I rode this for the first time a few weeks ago! I can say that this woodie is ELITE
It’s other worldly!!
I really want to try that coaster. If I was not in hospice I would love to try more coasters before I die.
The funny thing is that if you ask a GP what the best coaster at Great Adventure is, they’ll say Kingda Ka or Nitro.
El Toro is the best there Medusa is the most underrated though
Considering it was down when I was there, I had to say Nitro was the best.
Bless their hearts. 😂😂
They are probably just trying to give ride ops a break.
Excellent 💕💕💕💕
You mess with the bull ! You get the horns !
Yall are just too damn cute !! Love this!
I've ridden Toro more than any other coaster and it was my favorite coaster until 2018. Currently it's my 4th. Hopefully with the retrack the wheel seats are more tolerable. Best seat for me is row 17 left seat on A train. I haven't been to Great Adventure since before the pandemic but idk if I'll get back with their new pass system being awful and the fact that I'm in college.
What’s above it?
@@Matt.Thureson Steel Vengeance, Fury 325, and Intimidator 305
The wheel seats aren't particularly any better, and believe it or not, great adventure already replaces multiple pieces of track every year. It was running a bit slower because they did replace a lot more, but now its running as fast as last year.
@@alexbrown2696You have a right to your opinion but it’s just that. Your opinion.
a few days back i've got the pleasure to ride Hyper SpaceMountain (DLP) Only my 18th credit and my new NR. 1
and another big _european_ park with some nice credits is on the planning
I cried my first time riding it this year. I was happy to be back on it although I was pinched by the seatbelt.
That girls voice is like if a 6 pack of beer and a pack of Marlboro light's could talk 😂😂😂
The retrack has once again worked wonders for its smoothness. When was this recorded?
Sarah said “This is the best ride on the planet.”, so do you prefer it to The Ride To Happiness? Because from reactions and stuff I thought that’s as your favorite.
I also just realized I don’t know if they had been on TRTH by then.
Back row today almost took my top off 😂😂. No spaghetti strap tanks on this ride
I can’t wait to experience this amazing coaster again! This is one of my favorite roller coasters, Intamin really outdid themselves with El Toro! I have one question, how were you able to bring a camera on El Toro if Six Flags has a Strict no camera policy? I was just wondering because when I asked them if I could bring a GoPro on rides at Great Adventure they said I couldn’t even bring one In the park…
We were given special permission by the park to do this
@@CoasterStudios how do you get special permission from the park to do this?
@@alecvip7562 you become a big roller coaster channel
RMC’s are a dime a dozen. El Toro is one of a kind!
I've had the honor of riding El Toro, maybe, 5 or 6 times. The speed, the drops, and the sheer power of this coaster are unmatched. Unfortunately, its power is its weakness as it has been closed indefinitely after NJ inspectors ruled the ride to be "structurally compromised." 14 riders were injured in August 2022 after the steel track pulled away and separated from the ride carriage. This wasn't the first incident.
Indefinitely?
@@mobilegod7902 It was closed indefinitely at the time. They reopened it in July. Haven't heard of it being closed down since then.
@@AndreFarrar ohhh my bad
Glad to see you enjoy that massive beast!
Unpopular opinion though, but I didn't really like El Toro, I definitely did not get the hype around it. The first drop is amazing and the airtime hills are great, but after that it's just a bumpy wooden coaster that will definitely give you a headache, even after the retrack. In my opinion not even in the top 5 wooden coasters I've ridden.
The seat just in front of Taylor's is my Magic Seat, I found the very back, a wheel seat, to be rougher than the seat I enjoy
Same here, it has the feeling of the back, but so much more comfortable. I have found a recent respect for the front row, though. With the exception of the first drop, every airtime moment hits really hard because of how much speed it's still carrying
@@coastermania17 Nahhh, No pull in the front
I wanna ride it
“Olé!”
I’m surprised you guys hadn’t done a parody on this coaster yet, that and Kingda Ka.
Speaking of which, any parodies you guys have planned soon?
Time to update the review. Also, how did you get passed the pat down here?
this really gives a good BREAK DOWN of the layout of the ride :D (I rode the broken train back row the day before it went down last year :O :O :O nobody cares :O :O :| )
Looks awesome! If I ever go to great adventure I am definitely riding this and just wondering is it a smooth wooden coaster
For me with the exception of Comet at Great Escape(steel support wood track) it’s the smoothest full wooden coaster I’ve been on.
Oh ok thank you
@@COASTER_CHASER_1 Comet at Great Escape as well as Hershey are the smoothest wooden coasters I've ever been on, and it's absolutely incredible how they're still so smooth despite their age
@@jaredsheinberg comet uses recycled pieces of cyclones old structure from crystal beach and instead of scrapping the ride, they recycled it. Then comet was built at crystal beach. And when the park shut down, they sent it to great escape. It's running incredible! There's some history about it.
Going to Great Adventure in like a week
Totally didn’t see you and sarah at Bgw today 😂
I yelled your name when y’all were getting off of lochness but it wasn’t heard :)
I rode El Toro 15 times last time I went.
It seems weird, the ride looks faster than ever but the reaction doesn't seem as crazy as when people ridden it before the incident. Maybe Taylor jus rode it so many times and hes so used to it.
Edit: I just saw that you said it was the morning where it runs slower so never mind.
I got some rides on this legend yesterday (4/23) after living away from my home state for so long, actually sitting in Sarah's spot, haha. When did you guys film this?
this was filmed a little less than 2 weeks ago!
I went on it for the first time yesterday with my 6 yr old sister she said that it made her go whoosh and that she likes Jersey devil more
How’s the rolling thunder hill feel compared to last year
Based on what I’ve seen, el Toro hasn’t reached its full potential yet
👍🏻
Lol I went in kondaa in walibi belgium a sec ago
Great on ride reaction! The audio was weird in some parts, idk why. GoPro audio audio is usually really good.
it's when they go up or down slopes, the gopro muffles it so that you dont hear the obnoxiously loud wind blowing
Yeah, we fixed the issue after we rode but unfortunately we’re stuck with it here
Just rode it today for the first time, once near the back, once near the front. As a huge coaster enthusiast myself, it hurts to say that I didn't enjoy it as much as I had hoped. 😞 This thing is VIOLENT, it felt like my brain was knocking into both sides of my skull. If people find this appealing than all the power to them. I just hate getting headaches as it ruins the whole day for me, and this one almost did just that. 🤕 I've heard of people marathoning this ride and I'm just like "Ugh, I WISH I could do that!!" Because the ride itself is actually AWESOME!! Just wish it didn't do a number on my head. 💔
The second camel back and the rolling thunder hill, the one going into the twisty section are both really intense but I don't find my head getting knocked around. It's definitely a fast coaster though. That thing can scream around the track at certain points. I really love El Toro.
The problem wasn’t the coaster it was you don’t know how to ride it.
What seats are good for this?
Rode it this past Friday at night at Coaster Power Hours. It seemed like it was running very fast. Rode it three times and had to stop. We all noticed significant potholing at two instances on the second half, the worst on the final turn back to the station. I was riding in the sweet spot row too. I have a bruise on my butt from it. To me it could be a retracking issue that they need to address. It will take its toll on the cars and track, not to mention the riders. I am proof of that.
The potholes you have addressed seem to have been fixed.
El Toro the Intamin pre-fab built by Rocky Mountain Coaster. Why are they only running 1 train? The A train is full of water dummies at the end.
1:30 …. So much ejector air time that if the lap bar wasn’t there you would land on kingda ka.

did you put a crash tag on this one
