I can understand they are not going to search for the whole team but there were 2 unconscious ones in the room which they could have awakened and taken with them but no, they just left them behind.

Not one of the better ones.
Human portrait as too strong without explanation, aliens to willfull ignorant.
Lacks explanations and backround for reasons of actions ect ect ect.
It´s kinda lsice of life but reads like a first a second try at scifi by a very new author.
