Vegeta used hate until he saw Goku's power coming from a love of all things and sense of duty to protect it. This is why he had a son, to give himself something to fight for, and that is shown perfectly in this clip. Good job, Boss.

Funny thing is throughout the show and in the movies vegeta does better than goku in most fights its just he doesn't have the stamina to maintain his power nor the drive which during the series as it is based upon is all good and holy stuff

Then he promptly get his ass whooped by 18. and yes, he helps fight the big bad guy, but it would awesome to c him take down the big boss after Goku falls short, instead of the other way around. reguardless, VEGETA STILL OWNS!!!!!

He was able to match Buu for strength and speed. And its not like SS3 Goku did all that much better. He took just as big a pounding and didn't achieve anything more in the fight except bigger kai beams that bought him a little more time. Which was then immediately burned out because SS3 is far more draining and inefficient than SS2. The fact that Vegeta also gets up and fights and hits, even after suffering the most vicious injuries in comparisons to the others shows he is the most durable too.

I am always in the shadows with my trumpet playing, everyone thinks that a guy named Drew is the superior and I had a day to shine when I got 1 chair in the county and he got 10, but then he made all district and everyone thinks he's god. I hold a grudge over him just as Vegeta holds a grudge over Goku.

The reason vegeta was weaker then goku and he was actually stronger was because of his old age. Elites have a higher decline meaning they get older faster like a dog. He was at like 60% power in that match due to his old age. He was always stronger then goku. Also vegeta always honestly was stronger without decline it was just that goku's super saiyan was better then his.
@Zeikobu ACTUALLY vegeta was sent back to earth to help fight buu after he absobed gohan, BUT he was still dead...hence his halo lol. near the end of the kid buu fight his was brought back to life from a wish of the dragon balls. But he was technicaly dead this whoe vid lol
