Why are you misrepresenting what happened. 1. the officer advised them to get the small children behind the bollard, to which they agree and move the children. 2. they were polite and responded well to the officer and were at no point ignorant. 3. after the officer asked them to move the children, he doesn't have to ask a subsequent time because they have complied with his request.
