I will just write down my opinions of this clip since I see no one else mentioning them. First of all, this isn't the actual "What if Naruto didn't lose his parents" timeline but rather Tsunade's interpretation of what she thinks would have unfolded, if Naruto had the opportunity to live with his parents. Or to be more precise, this is Tsunade's dream in Infinite Tsukuyomi, where she dreams about reading Jiraiya's take on what he thinks would have happened. Another thing I would like to point out is how dire the situation of the Uchiha clan was at that time. The Uchiha clan always had a bad reputation in the sense of being mortal enemies of the Senju clan. Because Hashirama and Madara eventually reconciled, the two clans were forced to live together in the village now known as Konoha but there was a problem. Hashirama became the First Hokage but eventually he would consider Tobirama to become the Second Hokage, meaning the Uchiha had no chance of influencing the village in regards to politics. That trend continued when Tobirama's students became the next village elders and another student of Tobirama became the Third Hokage. If memory serves me right, the Uchiha clan voiced their dissatisfaction about that matter but they were pushed aside, I believe. Not only that but Madara eventually went rogue and heavy suspicions fell on the Uchiha clan, fearing that they would follow their leader. Tobirama made an effort to reconcile with the clan by giving them the Konoha police, giving them some sort of power over the village. But years later the Kyuubi attacked the village for the second time and once again the Uchiha face discrimination, people accuse the Uchiha of having started a second attack and eventually the Uchiha clan was forced to build their district at the very border of Konoha. The Uchiha clan was arguably very angry with the village and the treatment they were forced to endure, which would eventually led to their coup d'état, or at least the planning of it. All of the above considered, Fugaku not only treated Sasuke poorly, since he was putting all his effort in transforming Itachi into the second Madara, but he never fully let Sasuke know about his plans. Sasuke eventually came to know about the discrimination the Uchiha clan faced and swore that he would regain the Uchiha clan's power, so that they could live with the respect they deserve. Of course, Sasuke took the wrong route and thought "If people fear us, surely they wouldn't disrespect us like that again." And coming to understand that he was practically making a fool of himself, he would come to resent himself for having archived practically nothing. I won't deny that Sasuke was acting like a prick in this filler arc but I think this is where Tsunade's standpoint comes to play. In her eyes Sasuke is a prick, which may also be why she dreams of him being a prick. Not only that but Sasuke is also very fixated on power, she had witnessed during the Kage Summit, which may also be why Sasuke was so strangely fixated on power in her dream. These are my thoughts about Sasuke during the filler arc and hopefully people have now a better understanding about the way Sasuke acts in this clip.
I hate how they portrayed Sasuke in this plot . It's like trying to justify so called curse of hatred. Even in original timeline Sasuke wasn't a complete jerk . As child he was happy and always clingy to Itachi , he absolutely adored his brother indifferent to some competitiveness because of their father's partiality. If Uchiha Massacre never happened , he would have still act with cool guy attitude but he wouldn't have ever gone rogue or anything. He would have been still very clingy to Itachi.
Everyone thought Itachi was the bloody traitor when we first time saw Naruto because apparently later when Sasuke killed Itachi, Itachi wasn't the traitor at all it was Sasuke the only people who made Sasuke a bloody traitor was the father and Itachi (In infinite tsukyomi it's Minato i assume and the father) because Sasuke needs power he is jealous and he acknowledges Naruto and in the infinite tsukyomi he still acknowledges him but then working in the police force was nothing to him after Danzou said Naruto is still stronger and Itachi would still die in the infinite tsukyomi because its a paradox. I will just write down my opinions of this clip since I see no one else mentioning them.
First of all, this isn't the actual "What if Naruto didn't lose his parents" timeline but rather Tsunade's interpretation of what she thinks would have unfolded, if Naruto had the opportunity to live with his parents. Or to be more precise, this is Tsunade's dream in Infinite Tsukuyomi, where she dreams about reading Jiraiya's take on what he thinks would have happened.
Another thing I would like to point out is how dire the situation of the Uchiha clan was at that time. The Uchiha clan always had a bad reputation in the sense of being mortal enemies of the Senju clan. Because Hashirama and Madara eventually reconciled, the two clans were forced to live together in the village now known as Konoha but there was a problem. Hashirama became the First Hokage but eventually he would consider Tobirama to become the Second Hokage, meaning the Uchiha had no chance of influencing the village in regards to politics. That trend continued when Tobirama's students became the next village elders and another student of Tobirama became the Third Hokage. If memory serves me right, the Uchiha clan voiced their dissatisfaction about that matter but they were pushed aside, I believe. Not only that but Madara eventually went rogue and heavy suspicions fell on the Uchiha clan, fearing that they would follow their leader. Tobirama made an effort to reconcile with the clan by giving them the Konoha police, giving them some sort of power over the village. But years later the Kyuubi attacked the village for the second time and once again the Uchiha face discrimination, people accuse the Uchiha of having started a second attack and eventually the Uchiha clan was forced to build their district at the very border of Konoha. The Uchiha clan was arguably very angry with the village and the treatment they were forced to endure, which would eventually led to their coup d'état, or at least the planning of it.
All of the above considered, Fugaku not only treated Sasuke poorly, since he was putting all his effort in transforming Itachi into the second Madara, but he never fully let Sasuke know about his plans. Sasuke eventually came to know about the discrimination the Uchiha clan faced and swore that he would regain the Uchiha clan's power, so that they could live with the respect they deserve. Of course, Sasuke took the wrong route and thought "If people fear us, surely they wouldn't disrespect us like that again." And coming to understand that he was practically making a fool of himself, he would come to resent himself for having archived practically nothing.
I won't deny that Sasuke was acting like a prick in this filler arc but I think this is where Tsunade's standpoint comes to play. In her eyes Sasuke is a prick, which may also be why she dreams of him being a prick. Not only that but Sasuke is also very fixated on power, she had witnessed during the Kage Summit, which may also be why Sasuke was so strangely fixated on power in her dream.
These are my thoughts about Sasuke during the filler arc and hopefully people have now a better understanding about the way Sasuke acts in this clip.

I hate how they portrayed Sasuke in this plot . It's like trying to justify so called curse of hatred. Even in original timeline Sasuke wasn't a complete jerk . As child he was happy and always clingy to Itachi , he absolutely adored his brother indifferent to some competitiveness because of their father's partiality. If Uchiha Massacre never happened , he would have still act with cool guy attitude but he wouldn't have ever gone rogue or anything. He would have been still very clingy to Itachi.

Everyone thought Itachi was the bloody traitor when we first time saw Naruto because apparently later when Sasuke killed Itachi, Itachi wasn't the traitor at all it was Sasuke the only people who made Sasuke a bloody traitor was the father and Itachi (In infinite tsukyomi it's Minato i assume and the father) because Sasuke needs power he is jealous and he acknowledges Naruto and in the infinite tsukyomi he still acknowledges him but then working in the police force was nothing to him after Danzou said Naruto is still stronger and Itachi would still die in the infinite tsukyomi because its a paradox. Itachi just prevented the great shinobi war 4
