My husband is not in Canada but he must declare his background and his family members even if he does not apply for PR, so his forms about background and familly and his signatures are scanned in the file. Can this cause a problem ?
in regard to the hardships faced in returning to our home country, would that include the difficulty in applying the professional skills I adquired in canada back in my home country? (in this case all professional experience I ever had was living in canada)

Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, if your parent left Canada the H&C would be abandoned because the program is based on establishment in Canada. Because of this, it is important for H&C applicants to remain inside of Canada throughout processing.

Yes you can include evidence of how it can be difficult to re-integrate the labour market in your home country
