I don’t know of much other bluegrass that has a specifically Midwest Emo kind of feel, but I can’t recommend Chris Thile/Punch Brothers enough. Check out “Heart in a Cage” by Chris Thile, it’s a Strokes cover. He’s also covered some Radiohead tunes. Another great one is “Julep” by Punch Brothers. Start with those!
